Parking was difficult to find because it was a Saturday but they said it's usually not bad during the week. The loaded bagel sandwich was so good! The bread was soft with a good flavor and the bacon & turkey sausage complemented each other well. One of my friends had bean and cheese tacos and she mentioned it was a nice touch to have with black beans instead of refried. The biscoff latte was highly recommended in the Yelp reviews and I am a biscoff girly so I figured I'd start there. 10/10. O also had a lemon poppy seed muffin. Super moist and decadent, enough to share!! I'm not crazy about matcha but for those that are you are able to cyo, by selecting your flavor syrup and cold foam with tons of creations available. They also have some staff favs if you're in the mood for something different! ** I subbed my milk for pistachio (never had before) and it was a nice touch So many seating options from booths, couches to tables. Can't wait to try more!

I also liked their savory food options better than their pastry options since those didnt taste as fresh. Overall decent spot for coffee and a quick bite if youre in the area. I especially liked the option for the drive thru and the self serve pastries and mochi donuts. We dropped in for dinner to try to viral egg sandwich. I ordered the bacon and cheese egg sandwich with a side of tater tot's. It took about 15 mins for the egg sandwich (Egg Box). It was delicious, had a nice buttery crisp to the bread with fluffy eggs and crispy bacon with just the right amount of cheese. However, the bread was really greasy for me, had to go wash my hands immediately after eating. The tater tots were not greasy, perfect temperature. My hubby ordered the pretzel dog. They realized they forgot about it when they delivered the sandwich so that took 10 mins after the initial order. I was finished with my sandwich by the time he got his food. The server apologized profusely for the mishap. They sell more savory items than I've seen at other locations such as croissant and brioche sandwiches, deli premade sandwiches, and tater tots. They have refrigerator with drink assortments. The cafe has a private conference room for rent $50/hr. There is plenty of parking at this center. If I'm in the area, I would swing by for a cup of coffee or a sandwich but I wouldn't drive out of my way to drop in.

What wasn't good was the whole of the order. Starting with the drink. Ice mocha latte that was bitter and left an aftertaste that was awful and I had high hopes for. If that wasn't enough the breakfast croissant was lacking any taste. Supposedly bacon, egg and cheese. No bacon flavor at all on a less than done croissant. I ordered two as they looked small & they were. Then I ordered a packet of ten donut holes that had a flavor profile that tasted of donut made from A cake mix that was very cheap. To say the least I will not be going back to this much anticipated establishment. Personally I polled three other people about their experience there and unanimously they occurred with my assessment. No going back.

I politely asked if the bathrooms were supposed to be locked or if they were closed, since both were locked when I tried to use them. She responded with "I guess" in a very dismissive tone and didn't make eye contact, which felt unprofessional. I found it odd that both restrooms were not open to costumers, especially since it was still not even close to closing time. Later, when we received our order, one of the drinks was made in the wrong size. I went back to the front and calmly asked if it could be corrected. Again, she didn't look at me and simply said "oh" before taking the drink without any acknowledgment. I even apologized for the inconvenience, but there was still no response. When the drink was remade, she called out the order and threw the straw onto the counter. Her overall demeanor seemed visibly irritated, which made me feel uncomfortable and confused as a customer. I work in customer service as well, so I understand it can be a stressful job, but there's still a basic level of decency that should be maintained. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very poor first impression of this Gong Cha location. I hope management can address customer service training with staff moving forward.

Good news is, you can park in the big parking lot on front of Hando's and walk from there. Not ideal when the weather sucks, but you don't really have a choice. And though the coffee shop's address is technically off Long Point, you can't see it from Long Point. It's on the other side of the shopping center. Google Maps does a good job showing you where the entrance is. The ambiance: I love how spacious the coffee shop is. There is plenty of seating and I appreciate that. The staff are also nice. Sometimes the line to order can get really long but that's because customers usually can't make up their minds. The menu is fairly extensive so pros and cons there. Now for the coffee: I've tried their speciality drinks, the hot brewed coffee, and flat white. They are all OK. Not bad but not great. Not enough strong coffee flavor in my opinion. Flavors are a little off but get the job done. Prices are fair - maybe a tad on the pricey side. Worth it if you're going to sit inside the coffee shop and get work done or meet up with friends. I would go here to meet with friends but not necessarily for the best coffee in town.
