It is immaculately clean and the coffee is superior in quality to any other shop in the area. I love their middle eastern desserts and the friendly service. read more

This is a must stop coffee shop. Best coffee we got our whole trip and ended going back multiple times. Our group had all the different types of drinks and tried their deserts and baked goods and it was all excellent! The baristas were great too, so friendly, took time to explain their drinks different drinks and options. read more

I wish I took the time to capture the moment before indulging. It was recommended that I try the strawberry dragonfruit refresher with lemonade. It was the perfect beverage for a warm day. I also ordered a sea salt chocolate chip cookie warmed. The cookie is just underbaked making it like a freshly made cookie. It was soooo yummy and I prefer my cookies well done so that says a lot. My cousin had a caramel iced latte. She did not care for it. But said her cookie was equally delicious. She had the knafeh cookie. (She did say mine was better though. Haha) If you find yourself in the area I would give this place a try. read more

I was so excited to find out that there was a new café in Bayonne. Let's just start with the interior design. It is absolutely breathtaking. It is so beautiful, so clean so modern and I just feel at peace when walking in. I can see why so many people that may work from home come to this café to work or come here to hang out if they lived above the café. This is a cute local date night place as well! Now I have not tried any of their drinks and I would love to come back to try them. However, this review is about their gelato and baked goods. It was very disappointing to pay such high amount for thawed out cakes that were still frozen on the inside and gelato that was premade. None of the ice cream looked like the photos on the menu and for the price of it I expected a little bit more care. I couldn't completely finish my coconut cake. It was so crunchy with ice on the inside. What a bummer, however everything was aesthetically pleasing so it will look great for your gram. The berry gelato had a slight drizzle on top and the bottom was 100% vanilla. Same with the chocolate one. What was really the point of different price points ? They had a lot of workers, so service was quick. I'm going to assume their drinks are great because it is Lavaccino. Will return another day to just try the drinks but the cakes and gelato is a hard pass. So sad since it's so hot lately. PS there's parking in the front for x amount of minutes and I think you can park in the back. 1 star for beautiful establishment. 1 star for fast and kind service. 1 star free wifi and there's parking. -1 for high price but low quality gelato and -1 for frozen center of cake that's not thawed out before serving to customer. :( read more

So happy to have a WFH cafe in Bayonne! Not only is there a good amount of seats indoors, they have good food and drinks to make you stay even longer! From bagels to desserts to smoothies, everything is delicious. And you can even purchase a latte with your favorite picture on top, how cool! The staff is very friendly and attentive. They check up on you while you're at a table which most WFH cafes don't do. On nice days, they have seats outside as well. One big nuisance in Bayonne is parking but you don't have to worry about that here. There's free parking spaces in the front and back of the cafe. The front says it's 15 minute parking but staff stated parking authority doesn't check so if 15 minutes turn into an hour, you'll be okay, ha! For WiFi, there is a QR code you can scan right by the register and if you need to enter the password in your laptop, just ask the staff and they'll help you out. read more

Stopped in here for coffee after a 3 mile walk and got to relax for a minute. Great customer service and the caramel macchiato with almond milk warmed me up after being out in chilly weather. Their pumpkin muffin is definitely a must! read more

Don't waste your time or money, horrible owner. I just moved to the area and was really hoping to find a friendly, welcoming coffee shop to become my regular spot. Lavaccino seemed perfect at first glance, and the baristas are genuinely nice, helpful, and make a decent drink. Unfortunately, my experience was completely soured by the owner. On multiple visits, his behavior has been consistently rude, condescending, and belittling. He speaks to customers with a palpable attitude, as if answering a simple question or taking an order is a burden. It's not just brisk service--it's a pattern of being talked down to. It's a real shame because the rest of the staff is lovely and the atmosphere would be great otherwise. But as the owner, he sets the tone, and that tone is unwelcoming. I wanted to support a local business, but I won't be spending my money somewhere the person in charge makes me feel like an inconvenience. I don't write many bad reviews, but new residents should be aware: if you value basic respect and a pleasant interaction with your coffee, you might want to look elsewhere. read more

we'd come back for coffee. The dessert was super thick but not bad. Their coffee was super strong which isn't totally bad but a word for those that order here. So perhaps add milk or ask for more ice/water to dilute your drink. Good luck with parking! read more

Stopped in here to get some work done. Lots of seating and lots of parking also! Loved this Frozen Espresso drink, I think it's called Crema Espresso or something along those lines. New cafe in town serving high quality Italian Lavazza coffee in a modern atmosphere and with a pleasant view of the waterfront. There's outdoor seating when the weather gets warm. Ordered an iced coffee with a picture imprinted with precision on the cold foam- very cute and fun concept. The coffee was well prepared, smooth, and served in modern glasses. Also enjoyed devouring a mix of freshly prepared Turkish baklava- the chocolate baklava was my fav! If you love pistachios, you'll enjoy the assortment of pastries. They also offer other familiar pastries and have breakfast foods available to enjoy with your drinks. I didn't try their other cold drinks like their fresh smoothies, but I will on my next visit. Run, walk, skip, hop, and prance your way over to this coffee shop. Forget that Starbucks over by the LA Fitness. They don't deserve your money. This place gave me the best coffee I've had in years. And they even have a Turkish Coffee that is simply divine. I mean I haven't had a good cup of coffee in New Jersey until 9/8/24 and who woulda thought that Bayonne would be the location. The ambiance is nice a clean. Smells like fresh sandwiches with care are being made in the back. I would have appreciated a bit of a larger portion for the price I paid for the cup but getting a speciality made coffee at a lesser price than these awful chains really hit the spot. Service was pleasant and I definitely see myself going out of the way to grab a cup after my morning workout from here on out. I haven't had the drip yet...but when I do I will come back with an update. read more

Place was easy to find. Stopped by for some coffee. The pistachio baklava looked fresh so I couldn't help myself but to get some to go. It was nice and flakey. I tried one in store and it was just nice with the coffee. However, it may be too sweet alone. The staff was really friendly and was more than willing to help. They took initiative and also provided some personal recommendations. The store had plenty of seating and it seemed like a good spot to do work or meet up with friends. The music wasn't too loud and the place was clean. Would come again to try something new. read more

New Hot Spot in Bayonne, first of the place is absolutely stunning, super cozy and just a refreshing atmosphere. Secondly the customer service was even better, the employees are super kind and welcoming and helped me browse the large list of selectionas. My husband and I went here for breakfast today (Saturday) around 10am. We each had the croissant sandwiches. They were delicious! The croissant was fresh and flaky, and the egg was fresh. Very nice looking place with lots on the menu. The pastries such as the baklava are good but are tiny and it took three attempts and an endless back and forth to get a simple ice coffee "dark" no sugar. I don't know what the problem was but I originally asked for the half and half on the side when ordering instead they gave me a cup of iced coffee that was almost all milk! It took three re-makes to finally get it near right and this way super annoying. My order could not have been more simple, they should get their act together. read more

Went here twice, first time was with my gf and we loved it so much that we brought our family over the second time! The ambiance is so cozy and welcoming! The staff and service were outstanding. They went out of their way to accommodate to a food allergy for one of us and helped us feel secure. The cherry on top is that the food is absolutely beautiful! I tried their nutella croissant which was flakey with gooey nutella... So delicious! I highly recommend their lotus cookie frappe, I got it both times I went and was not disappointed. Furthermore, I believe we spoke with the owner for a small bit and he was the kindest man who welcomed us with a big smile! I love this cafe and almost wanna keep it to myself so it stays quiet and cozy, but I've been telling everyone I know about it! Will definitely be back :-) read more

I remembered Deluca's unbelievably rich chocolate dessert from years before. I can't remember what it was called, but it had chocolate mousse, cheesecake, and chocolate something else. There was no way for me to finish a slice. Trust me, share it with someone or keep it in the fridge and let it last you several days. Since I was visiting my folks, this cozy little shop was a no-brainer for me. It's Italian and no one bothers you. This is all about cakes and coffee. I had a slice of key lime mousse this time. Oh yes! It was very good, and I can actually finish this one by myself! No guilt there. My latte was perfection. I might even claim it as one of the best I've ever had. *don't hate me, Seattlites* You see, Bayonne, Jersey still offers Italians a hint of cultural identity. From this, I expected nothing but goodness done right from this shop. It did not disappoint. I was there for 2 and a half hours this weekend to study. During that time, it seemed like there were a mix of friendly clientele. As much as I don't want to admit it, I sometimes miss hearing the Jersey accent.

At first glance, it seemed like it could be a replica of Starbucks, but we were curious to see what set this café apart. From the start, we were welcomed by a warm and friendly barista, which immediately made the experience feel more personal.
