This is one of the best recent businesses to open in Bayonne. Everything is handmade, delicious, and reasonable. It's a lovely spot for sitting and talking with friends while enjoying coffee and a sandwich. I love the South American pastries. Some of them are just melt your mouth delicious. One of the absolute best buys here right now is the breakfast special. You get a fresh breakfast sandwich with egg, meat, and cheese on the bread of your choice for only $4.50 and it includes coffee. It's fresh, it's delicious, it is so much better than anything you would get at any of the chain takeout places. They have a full menu of breakfast, lunch, and dinner specials as well as their pastries and cakes. The butter cookies are perfect. They opened up an ice cream stand in there with some really great flavors. There's also a takeout bar where you can grab a sandwich or yogurt to go. Everyone in there is incredibly nice and sweet. I love the place. It is obviously a family business. I wish them many years of success.

I stumbled upon this bakery with a craving for a donut. Even though there were no donuts in sight there were tons of mouth watering pastries! I settled on a Mille-feuille that had layers of dulce de leche. A small pastry for a modest price of 1.30 it was the perfect size, not overly sweet and it was delicious! It was very cold, and tasted like it was previously frozen unfortunately. The staff were really friendly and the decor inside is so cute. It's extremely clean and has plenty of tables and a bathroom in the back. Lots of other people were eating burgers, sandwiches on rolls or croissants. Absolutely adore this place . The family who owns it is so nice and friendly The store is spacious and inviting . Evening is bright , clean and organized but with personality . First of all how do you open a business without properly training your staff ?? Second please make SURE they speak and understand English . I called to place an order and they don't even know what's on the menu , then I had to repeat myself about 3-4 times and even then they didn't understand. I asked for a cannelloni and I asked for the flavors , they said spinach ... r spinach WITH MEAT . I asked if we could have meat only and they said no because the meat was already mixed. So I got one with meat and in all honesty there was NO MEAT in it .. so basically you can have spinach OR spinach haha cause there was NO MEAT IN IT . people need to learn to be efficient , know the menu and able to take phone orders in ENGLISH !! read more

THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!! The staff are very nice, friendly and caring! The ambiance of the place is very nice and different from other bakery's I've been to. The menu has a lot to choose from but the pastries are top tier!!! I recommend the sugar sticks for the kiddos! The dulce de leche pastries are definitely worth a shot! This time I dined in and had a bacon cheeseburger deluxe. Burger was cooked as requested, fries were delicious as usual and even the bacon was cooked as requested (they asked me if I wanted them crispy and they were super crispy). Our waitress was friendly and attentive but the elderly lady who works at the front who's also the cashier could be a little more friendly. They have a small parking lot but there were no available parking spots though there's metered parking in front of the restaurant (make sure to feed the meter!). When we arrived on a weekday at 12pm the place was packed but by 1pm most people were gone, so apparently the busy hour is between 11am and 12pm.

Everything looked delicious in person. We arrived to the store front window and was immediately greeted by the young lady inside. There were a few things I wanted to try and one of them was the croissamada cause I do love a traditional ensymada and was interested to try it in a croissant. I also picked up some cookies, brownie and an oatmeal creme pie. Everything was delicious! I loved the croissamada the extra buttery-ness and flakiness was amazing! I will be back again and support this local business!
