It has been running fantastic for the last 3 years and after just getting off the phone with them I wanted to make sure everyone knew about their services before, during and AFTER the install. We had our solar installed in 2023 by Zack and his team. I found them through Yelp and from the first phone call with them I knew who was doing my install. We have a 2019 Riverstone fifth wheel and Zack helped me properly size the system based on how we would be traveling to ensure we didn't go over or under our expectations and stayed within our budget. We went with 2400 watts solar, 1080 Ah of batteries, and dual Victron multiplus inverters and it does everything we need it to We are full time in our RV and this has given us a lot more freedom where and how we stay. They are a Harvest Host so we were able to stay on site in the trailer, Zack worked with me on location of the components, made great recommendations and we wound up with a great & professional install.in just a few days. Since 2023 I have had a couple opportunities where I needed to talk to Zack about a hook up at an RV campground or a some small issue/question, each time he was responsive, extremely helpful and never made me feel I was a nuisance or bothering him. The next time we are going through we will be stopping in to say HI and also to have them do a once over and make sure everything is still as it should be... Thank you Zack, and your entire team.

I scheduled an appointment with Bill and my insurance adjuster so they can talk about the process and pricing. Of course, Bill cancelled 10 mins before the appointment. Bill had to cut a part of the walls off, so the owner wanted only 2 days of drying, plus she had her own fans. But he REFUSED and argued with her because of course it's more money for him. So after 4 days of drying, he emails me a bill of $18,018!!!! Yes, like seriously?!? That's a lot of money for plugging dirty fans into the wall. My insurance refused to pay that much so Bill went down to $14,000. Throughout the process, Bill kept harassing me through text, telling me to push the adjuster and his corny saying "squeaky wheels get the grease." I mean if he's experienced with insurance claims, he should know that it's process and it takes awhile. They have to calculate everything. At the end, the adjusted calculated that his work should have been only $10,000. But noooo, that's not good enough for Bill. He wants me to paying the remaining balance, even though he NEVER gave me an estimate!!! Do not use this company! You'll regret it. They jack up the prices when they know insurance is covering it. He definitely took advance of the situation I was in. I mean look at their profile, there are two other reviews and one is from "Bill E" like Bill Erwin... the owner of the company?!? Hmmm kinda sad that he has to post a review and pretend to be "Tom"
