I wasn't sure how much helium I would need and he asked me what I was doing, how many balloons, what size, etc. it was a long call, and he handled all my questions wonderfully. Picking up the tank was super easy. They had an invoice waiting when I pulled up. They confirmed again that I would have enough helium (I did) and showed me how to use the nozzle. They loaded it into my car for me and helped me brace it so it wouldn't roll around. I was able to inflate ever balloon I needed, and then some. It took me a few burst failures to get the hang of things. I still had a little helium left in the tank when I was all finished. Perfect. Dropping it back off was just as easy, and here's the best part. I picked the tank up on Saturday for a Sunday party, returning it on Tuesday because they are closed on Monday. There was no additional charge. Even though I had the tank for three days, technically. A few things you need to know: they are closed Sunday and Monday, as I said, so plan your pick up accordingly. Also, they can't take credit cards. So make sure you have enough cash for your helium AND the deposit. I didn't when I first arrived and had to run to an ATM. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back the next time I need a tank of helium. No doubt about it.
