One recent story mocked a teenager who works at McDonald's, which I found really alarming. A café should be about good food, a welcoming space, and basic respect -- none of which were present here. Busy on an overcast Saturday morning. We saw that they offered a Welsh breakfast and we were sold. The breakfast consisted of good toast and Welsh butter, sausage and bacon (you read that correctly), mushrooms, tomatoes and sunny side up eggs. It hit the spot after a long flight from the states.
