I had an emergency with one with one of my cats one day when the regular vets are closed. I called and got an appointment right away. I was very impressed very the compassionate knowledgeable staff! I will be continuing to bring my animals here - staff is so kind and welcoming, even when they are busy they explain the situation and update me on my pet. Dr S Kahlon has given our kitten exceptional care and the receptionist is very understanding and accommodating.

Like what the heck did they do when they took her from me?!

They murdered our cat due to carelessness. Usually with a…read moresenior cat, you are supposed to test and see if they can handle anaesthesia. If there's even one case of an animal dying from something, it needs to be tested on every animal going forward. in doing research after the fact, i read a quote from another vet who said "that's why additional tests are run on older pets prior to scheduling procedures requiring anesthesia. These tests usually include a complete blood panel, urinalysis, chest x-rays and a BNP test that checks for certain forms of heart disease." The fact that they neglected to do this caused a premature death in our family. She had TEN MORE YEARS TO LIVE!!!!!!! I also want to express that I regret ever finding this place on the internet and i don't agree with it's overall rating. Anyone who takes a chance on a life is a 0/5 stars. a 5/5 star hospital would take every single precaution, realizing that a precious life is in their hands. WHen it comes to life and death, you don't cut corners, you don't rush decisions, you don't treat surgery casually especially with senior cats. And you take more tests on them rather than just one fr***n blood test prior to a surgery. It's the same as if a hospital administered penecilin to a patient who was allergic to it without even checking their allergies. it's the vet's JOB and PROFESSION to know about these things. most pet owners don't know that anaesthesia could be lethal. But the VETS ARE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT. it's their duty and responsibility to be on top of these things. They should have taken every precaution to prevent the worst or to see if the worst is a possibility, by taking tests on her to see what she would be able to handle. maybe they are good with daily checkups and routines but in my experience, not with surgery. And i will never come here again. Actually, scratch that. They are bad even with routine things. Because we had taken her there prior to this incident to see why she was throwing up all the time, and they cost us thousands of dollars to do tests that all came back inconclusive .. we never found out what was causing her to throw up. so they were basically useless to us in every way I feel they were negligent, careless, casual, rushed and caused me to lose all hope in all traditional vets

I felt like this was wrong in my gut but wanted to be a good pet parent and follow the vet's advice. No one mentioned doing additional tests to see if our cat could withstand the anaesthesia. They did one blood test only, and she was a senior cat at the age of 8, which usually requires additional precautions. They called us after to tell us that she had died upon being given anaesthesia, just like that. She was here and then she wasn't. It was way too early for her to leave this world. I believe, upon doing more research, that this could have been prevented, especially because she has been spayed and didn't have an issue with that. But this clinic, or at least the guy in charge of dental procedures, did not inform us of any of these risks, and definitely did not do any other testing. He just wanted to rush us into getting surgery and now our lives are ruined. I will never take any of my pets to this clinic again!

Every single litter is bred with intention to have health, beauty, and well-raised puppies. I have raised Labrador retrievers for over 35 years, and I know what it takes to have quality puppies. When I was looking for a French bulldog I was referred to Jessicah over 7 years ago. Once I spoke with her, and then met her in person, I knew I found my breeder. The dog I purchased from Jessicah has been healthy, well adjusted, and a perfect addition to our family. I don't think anybody knows the time, tears, and effort it takes to raise a healthy well adjusted litter. And then the job of picking the right owners to take on your babies is a monumental feat. In every business, there are those people you should see coming. The ones who don't have good intentions, but fool even the best of us. Unfortunately someone has purchased one of Jessicah's puppies that has ill intent towards her. They have left a review on this site and on many others. Jessicah has had he very best of reviews on all of her social media platforms. They don't take advantage of grief like others local places seem to do. Most of the time, I just had the service that the vet office used, but when the price was around $500 was quoted when I made the appointment for Oscar, I decided that I had time to look around because I had a few days. I found them and they were local so I called them after seeing their website and the prices. I got someone who had lost their beloved pet and got into the business because of the charges other charge. I let them know who Oscar's vet was and they told me that they have picked up from them before. The vet office had no problem and since I had to go in after work, they could pick Oscar up quickly. I picked up the ashes but they will deliver them also. You can even drop off your pet. They explained everything and even made extra copies of nose print and paws prints for Oscar's other mom. All for just under $200. Since I just adopted a 17 year old cat, I will probably need their services again. I will use them gladly.

Witnessing his fourth-quarter completely broke my heart -- two weeks ago he was a happy and lively boxer with a small limp; a week later, he was suffering seizures and his legs could no longer support him. It got to a point where he couldn't get up to use the bathroom, and would have accidents while he was laying down. He looked so defeated. Anyway, yesterday I contacted Dr. Fish. He was polite and helpful - my whole family was an emotional mess. He explained the process well, gave us a ton of encouragement, and gave us advice. Know what else he did? He offered a hug. And you have no idea how much I needed a hug right in that moment. Having him euthanized at home was the right decision. A couple of weeks ago when I took him to the vet, he was visibly terrified, shaking and threatening to bite off my hand if I tried to get him out the car. I couldn't bring myself to dragging him into a vet's office, scared in his last moments of life. Instead, we played all day - with some extra end-of-the-road pain pills, he got up on his feet, went in the backyard and chased the ball with the kids. He was happy in his last moments - and Dr Fish made sure that we could let him go peacefully and in his happy place. I'd give him 100 stars if I could.
