This pet shop is god awful. There were dead fish on the FLOOR, dried out fish in the transfer…read morecontainers (for bagging fish), tons of dead fish in the tanks...the fish department was a horror show. The birds and guinea pigs/rabbits/mice were all in a hot cramped room together. The rabbit looked terrified the whole time we were there and I was so sorry for her. I asked if it was a boy/girl, how old it was etc and the response was "I don't know". Okay... I was looking for a medicine for my home aquarium and asked what they had for antibiotics and parasite remedies. No one knew that fish get sick (WTH? You're selling fish medicine, dude!) And when I asked about a de-wormer I was told fish don't get worms. I can't explain in words how terrible this place is. I don't know how they're even open. I went home, called my towns animal abuse line, related my experience there, hung up and cried. Please don't shop here. I can't believe they're still open.

He knew the temperaments, genders, morphs, etc of every individual . Honest, knowledgeable, helpful. I had questions about a potential special order (of an animal not in the atore at all, axolotle) and got immediate knowledgeable helpful response.
