They all looked very sad and were of mostly the same breed. There were fish tanks filled with algae growth. With aisles were small, it smelled like rabbit pee and there were no rabbits. There were 3 birds, a few betas, one filled fish tank, and the cages of pups. The whole place was a mess with hoses and all sorts of stuff lying around. Also, when you walk in, the door makes the loudest most obnoxious ding I've ever heard. I did not see anyone working there until we tried to walk down the messiest aisle that had a bird out of its cage, and he suddenly appeared and I think he said we're not supposed to go over there. Not really sure. Anyway, this place should probably be closed down.

This even was so organized and caring .. not only is the store itself the only pet store I go to but tbh is would be the only place I would go for an adoption knowing the care and dedication put into it. In the past, I have purchased a collar and leash, two dog beds, and flea collars. Saturday mornings are super busy. I will probably go on a weekday in the future. The people who work in the store are always cordial. There is usually someone available in one of the aisles to answer questions. The cash register attendants are also friendly. They greet people and smile. It's a really great store and shopping experience.

Made sure all vaccines were up to date Made sure he was sent home with top of the line food , chip ,etc. The lady who helped me was very passionate about her job, and u could tell she absolutely loves what she does. Upon that visit my pup faced some medical challenges and was treated God willing successfully, thru the wonderful care of Titan and ocean state drs. ​the owner of perfect puppy followed up and went above and beyond to help. He took care of the expensive visit with Titan and helped off set a large amount of the medical expense. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of dogs and breeds. He stated he has been in the industry since a young age . I was so relieved he off set some of the cost. I have 2 children one is autistic We purchased our puppy as a companion for both. My puppy is a top recommended breed for children with autism. To date he has brought so much love and emotional connection to all of us. Both my children get hrs. Of joy from playing with him as well as my husband and myself lol. Forever grateful and thankful​
