It made a slamming noise and shrill every time it went up and down. I didn't hear outside noises throughout the night. They had a simple breakfast in the lobby area in the morning. The desk clerks were super nice. They have a snack area. I've stayed here twice and I have no problem staying again. The surrounding area is convenient to a lot of stores and restaurants.

I was hit for an extra $1,000 resort fee (MAP/Social) for a 4 night stay. They never mentioned this MAP/Social fee in the reservation process or listed on my confirmation under "Stay Total". Only far later in the confirmation do they show the "MAP/Social" fee and taxes. My fault for not asking or looking for all of the extra fees they charge. My cost (one person) in May 2026 for a standard room 4 nights (breakfast &dinner) and 8 rounds of golf was $6,800. The resort is very nice. The employees, food and service was very good.

Didn't call or email us to see if another room was acceptable. Didn't apologize and definitely didn't tell the other guest they'd love to have them stay but they'd have to change rooms... Not sure where they learned the hospitality industry but that doesn't cut it. I reserved a specific room. Paid required deposit for said room in advance and then you gave the room to someone else. WTF?
