Reluctantly, we chose Town and Country since we live nearly an hour away and the return time is pretty quick. First order we didn't get all of clothes, and it was over two months before we realize we didn't have them. Mind you, we'd paid for them. I started to give them a break because they have waited for me a few minutes after closing. But then there was today. I picked up almost $300 in dry cleaning and NOT ONE of the three people working in there offered to open the door and assist with carrying the clothes to my car. Yes, I was a bit snippy because they kept telling me they didn't clean wedding dresses. Although it was white and resembled a wedding a dress, it was not. I only needed the dress pressed. My attitude didn't excuse them from exemplifying good customer service. From now on, I'll get our clothes cleaned elsewhere and take our $150-$300 with us.

i have used this cleaners somewhat regularly for a little over a year. they are never super…read morefriendly but do have a prompt turn around time. today i went in to drop off several pieces that i would need within the week. as i proceeded to drop off, i was told that my husband had an item for pick up. the owner walked over and told me that my husband should have picked his items up weeks ago. i attempted to share with him that i was unaware that the item two items were even there. he proceeded to tell me in front of other customers that he had to pay his employees weekly and that my negligence in retrieving my items put him in a bind. i apologized and went back to the car to retrieve my purse to pay the charge. as i reentered i interrupted him telling his wife about the two items. i promptly collected my items , paid and left. yes, they do a good job but so do so many other cleaners in the area that value customer loyalty and treat customers with courtesy and without belittling in the presence of others.

When my suits was returned to me the white suit was scorched on the inside lapel, it was torn or cut or something, not sure what happened to it. But when I returned it to them, I was told Clifford said it couldn't have happened there because it would have had an oil stain. I kept telling them this suit just came out of the box, and it was not torn scorched, or overly pressed. He refused to return any of my phone calls. His employers just kept telling me he said it was already damaged, I had just purchased the suits for ushering, and I really needed them . But the thing is I didn't even complain about the over pressed suits, I did not even make a big deal about the lapel being scorched, but I did mention it to them. But I told his employers to tell him I could not perform my duties on sun morning with a spot in the middle of my white skirt, We never had this problem when Quality cleaners was serving our clothes for over 40 years. Paragon is that place, located off Old Shell Road next door to Fuego, this place provided fast, friendly, excellent dry cleaning when I really needed it. Monday I needed a set of tails cleaned and I called around to see who could turn it around in the 24 hours I had. I called Paragon and a very nice lady told me if i could get it there asap, it could be done the next day. Ten minutes later I screeched into the parking lot, she wrote me a ticket, took inventory of what I was dropping off, and told me they would be ready by 4pm tomorrow. I left and returned at 4:15 as I had a ball that evening and the tails looked great, pressed, hung up, and ready to continue with the Mardi Gras festivities. I was waiting for what I was sure was going to be a plus 30 dollar bill and it was 22 bucks plus tax! So not quite thirty dollars! I promptly took my suit and shirt to our hometown cleaner to determine what magic they could perform with the 32 hour window they had. Upon arriving they go into "they have just returned from the holidays and they are backed up." But they will see what they can do. Some 32 hours later they call to come pick up. I thought the price was a little high. But, with the short notice I was happy. After checking around and I haven't had anything dry cleaned in a few years I found the pricing to be very much in line. I'll be looking forward to using them again in the future!!!
