I recently moved from Los Angeles to beautiful Mississippi and I was looking for a reputable…read morecleaners that I could take my clothing to so I thought I would try village cleaners when I took my clothes to the cleaners last week I told the customer service Rep hey this is one of my favorite three piece suits please be careful with it and I pointed out some spots to her that were on it anyway when I return to pick up my suit there was a guy in there complaining that I believe items from his suits were missing and he's a public speaker and he was forced to wear the same suit two or three days straight with different shirts anyway he also complained to the Rep that they made a mistake and he still has to pay for the mistake and inconvenience, he got in a conversation with me he claimed that he was a eight-year loyal customer so naturally I became concerned about my 3 piece suit if things were going to be missing or if is wasn't cleaned properly. the guy went on to ask the Rep there if certain other members were still working there and he was told they no longer work here so he left very upset and he said "you let the owner know that he just lost an 8 year customer" so now I'm really concerned, so representative brings my suit out to me I briefly inspect it and I saw some things that may have been missed but I'm like OK that's alright. well I went next door to pick up my order that I had placed and I examined the suit again while I was waiting in the car and I noticed that there were some spots on the bottom of the jacket so I went back to the cleaners and the owner happened to be there so when I walked in I asked if this was a reputable cleaners because I'm from Los Angeles i'm new to this state and he made some comment saying this is wasn't a reputable company I guess he was joking so I pointed out the spots that were on my suit and instead of he him apologizing like a reputable company would do he says well I will try to get the spot out but I'm not responsible if the material gets damaged" that was his only solution I looked at him dead and I said you know what that's OK and I took my suit and I walked out Needless to say I was not going to let this guy try to get the spot out and then ruin it completely totally. he must really think I'm stupid. I said to myself you know I'm gonna write a review on this guy because he's awful. So I was outside taking a picture of the storefront he comes out with his arrogant attitude and says "here can you want to take a picture of me too" so I said yeah I think I will so he made a comment as he went back in the store "why don't you go back to Los Angeles "so unfortunately I told him "why don't you go to hell" typically that's not me but I just hate arrogant people so anyway I am not recommending this cleaners. Obviously, they have several problems high employee turnover, an arrogant owner whose customer service skills sucks and who won't take responsibility. I took a picture of him for your reference. I also took a picture of my suit that had spots on it. This is not a reputable cleaners to me. I hope this helps someone.
