Reluctantly, we chose Town and Country since we live nearly an hour away and the return time is pretty quick. First order we didn't get all of clothes, and it was over two months before we realize we didn't have them. Mind you, we'd paid for them. I started to give them a break because they have waited for me a few minutes after closing. But then there was today. I picked up almost $300 in dry cleaning and NOT ONE of the three people working in there offered to open the door and assist with carrying the clothes to my car. Yes, I was a bit snippy because they kept telling me they didn't clean wedding dresses. Although it was white and resembled a wedding a dress, it was not. I only needed the dress pressed. My attitude didn't excuse them from exemplifying good customer service. From now on, I'll get our clothes cleaned elsewhere and take our $150-$300 with us.

I am adjusting my review accordingly for the excellent customer service. For that, I would recommend them and use them for future small engine repairs. Original Review:Giving one star for apologizing that they forgot to call after servicing my pressure washer. Dropped my pressure washer off approximately 4 months ago for carb cleanout/replacement since it was hard to start. Picked it up today, and all that was repaired was the pull start, which came undone after 4 pulls. All said and done, I was charged $45 for a pull start repair, which wasn't even why I dropped it off in the first place, and failed after 4 pulls. Staff was friendly but the quality of work and actually doing the service that was originally requested was non-existent.
