I ordered the Bed & Breakfast. It's overloaded with eggs and cheese (this is good!), but I'm not sold on the sauce. After each order the cashier asks if you would like to give gratuity to the staff. I think they do that because there's no customer facing terminal? They write down the order, and then manually enter prices inro the POS.

It can get a bit loud inside during the weekends and peak hours, so not ideal if you prefer quieter environments to do work. I absolutely love their brownies, especially their blackberry brownie, but they were out the day I went so I got the red velvet cupcake instead and it was perfectly moist and soft. You truly can't go wrong with any of their bakery items. I also got the pesto pasta salad, which I highly recommend.

I opened it up and there was hardly any cheese. It was just like eating two pieces of grilled bread. They need to improve on that for sure. I also had their 12oz wildflower latte which was very tasty, but served lukewarm and not hot. If the milk is not steamed, it will bring down the temperature of the coffee. I like my specialty coffees served hot. I do have to say every staff member we came in contact with was friendly. They seemed happy and were there to help and answer questions. You place your order at the counter, and you receive a number which you display at your table. There are two dining areas with tables and a few booths to dine at next to where you place your order. Members of the staff bring your order to the table. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks and food. Even with the sad grilled cheese sandwich which was disappointing and the lukewarm latte, I would definitely go back to Blackberry Market again to try other items on their menu. I'll pass on the grilled cheese, though.

I'm 62 years old and she talked to me like a Dog. I did reply back with a couple bad words because of how she was treating me. They make their pastries at this location, so you'll probably get the freshest selection at the Lombard location. I had bought a gift card from Costco for Sweet Reserve. I admit if I hadn't bought it, and received a discount at Costco for it, I probably would not have noticed the store. It's in a small strip mall on Roosevelt road which has hundreds of strip malls off the road. The store itself is clean and well kept. Everyone went home with leftovers because the portions were so large. Most people only ate half of their sandwich. We cut the pizzas into smaller slices to serve as an appetizer. The veggie was my favorite! Not only was the food delicious, the service was great as well. Two of the guys that worked there helped bring the box of food to my car which was extremely kind and made it so easy for me. It was a large order and everything was on time and ready when promised. It was also still warm and nothing was missing from the order. Thank you Cafe Cappuccino!
