I wanted to update my review. We've now been patients for 10 years (which is insane to think…read moreabout). We have 3 children now that are seen by the doctors at Auerbach Pediatrics. We have dealt with so many childhood ailments with them and every time we feel seen and heard. As I mom I've cried in their office and received advice. We are welcomed by name when we go there. They feel like part of the family and I am forever grateful I found this office when I was pregnant with my first 10 years ago.

How funny that my review was deleted by Yelp after Dr. Auerbach commented himself with a rebuttal…read more So here's the details in length since Yelp advised I did not give proper details. I do not recommend this practice to any new parents, I have had nothing but terrible experiences with the practice from the day I stepped foot into their offices. Additionally, in my passings I've been told by other parents of similar horror experiences which haven't been documented. Here is why: The wait time to get into the room is about 15 minutes and then you can plan another 15 minutes before the doctor comes to see you. If you have an outstanding bill, be prepared to be slapped in the face the moment you walk in looking for payment on your next visit. Want to make another appointment? You'll have to call and do that yourself, front of office will never ask you and you will walk out of the office as if you never arrived. Forget even discussing your personal views of vaccines during pregnancy Dr. Auerbach has his own agenda and views he will try to throw into your face. Have a disability? Be prepared to be rudely asked about it, in a manner that makes grown people embarrassed. Want to seek a new office or leave, be warned Auerbach has eyes and ears on social media and will unprofessionally rebuttal to defend his honor through other social media members who engage in a game of telephone, he said she said. On top of that if that's not terrible in itself, the office manager will call to harass you about your posts and demand to know why you didn't call the office directly. And finally, if you are looking for guidance as a first time parent, forget that! You won't be guided or consulted, they will just send you on your merry way.

We feel beyond lucky to have then helping us with our newborn. Dr. Stephen is AMAZING, refreshing,…read moregentle but thorough, intuitive... and pretty darn funny, he's always a relief and an encouragement to see. We've had plenty of first time parent concerns and he's tackled them all super timely and with a way of explaining things that calms us and gives us more confidence every time. And we were amazed with Katie, the Lactation Consultant. she has decades of experience, she CHANGED our world!! we brought in our 5 day old baby and she completely turned me around with her knowledge base. I brought him in with me and nursed him with her help so that she could observe. She reframed so much of what the hospital told me generically and tailored it to me and our son based on how and what she saw. and she was spot on! he was happier, less frustrated and trusted me to read his cues correctly and get what he needed. it was an instant fix, I can't get enough of her!! She makes herself available by phone too if tou can't make it to her in person. She and Dr. Stephen are in this with you every step, honestly we couldn't have asked for more caring human beings to help guide us.

My kids LOVE going to the dr. They literally ask to go. Even if there are shots involved they like being there. When the heck does that ever happen? Dr. Nikki is more than a doctor. She is someone my 13 year old daughter looks up to and my 7 year old son wants to marry. I trust her and when it comes to your kids that is something you need to have for peace of mind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We recently left Healthy Child in Darien because the service had deteriorated significantly. Dr…read more Vogel has grown increasingly unaccomodating and Stamford Health just announced that she is resigning from the practice with very little explanation as to why, which felt suspicious to us. Most of all, the admin staff is poor. The office has a small army of admins who run cover for the doctors. They do not communicate with each other, are disorganized and come off as annoyed when talking to you. Even the most patient families will feel frustration in dealing with the office and should be prepared to follow up vigilantly as they will NOT call you back. The office's apathy and lack of urgency is so severe it borders on dangerous for the kids. One of our kids has an allergy and it was a process to get him the prescription he needed in case he had a reaction. We felt we had no choice but to leave. Good riddance and beware of this pediatric practice.

I love how personable each of the doctors are. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Love everyone that works here!!! The doctors are amazing, the nurses are the absolute sweetest and the ladies at the front desk are beyond caring. The healthy child is a family & they welcome everyone with open arms and are ready to care for your children as if they were their own.
