I've worked with the orthotist to have some braces fitted for my back and my knee. Derek, the orthotist is super helpful, kind and explains how the braces work and how they will help you live a more full life. My most recent visit was due to a bad fall I took, unknowingly breaking my ankle. They got me in the same day I called and informed me that I needed a metal plate and screws put into my ankle for stability and healing. I was scheduled for surgery shortly thereafter and Dr. Margiotta is super. He is friendly and open to questions and thoroughly explains everything. The MAs are great and help you move through the process of getting the surgery set up, COVID testing and everything else you need to know before and after surgery. I highly recommend this practice if you are having any issues with your feet or if you might need bracing/splinting or are having other issues.

Online or on the phone. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and modern. Dr. Carpenter is a talented chiropractor. Adjusted my hips and shoulders and even my neck. I don't normally allow the neck, but he was very gentle and I didn't feel like I was about to be decapitated. When Brian says light touch, I was skeptical he did anything at all. I couldn't feel anything during the session, which in as much pain as I'm in, light touch is what I needed. We finished the session and asked if he could tell me I'd receive relief in at least 24 hours?! I was trying to hide my tears of disappointment and pain. He told me I responded well and hopefully should but no guarantee. I awoke this morning in pain still. But as the day has progressed, I feel only what I can describe as spiders running down my spine. NO LIES, I have almost full mobility back, I still feel my muscles reacting, I've been STUCK in my own skin for a week, I'd rather push another baby from my womb than be in the pain I've been. I normally go to a structural chiropractor back in California, but obviously wasn't able to see him when I am 1000 or so miles away. Cue anxiety and stress at not being able to manage the (nerve) pain. I called doctor Cata and he was willing to connect with my structural chiropractor back in California, he took the time to have that conversation and allowed me to schedule with him, even though I'm not a regular patient. I'm already sold on the benefits of structural chiropractic, and if you aren't I would absolutely recommend that you give it a try. It has worked wonders on the nerve pain I was having due to in part my scoliosis, and it's not an overstatement to say that it's giving me a second lease on my happiness now that I am nearly nerve pain free. What I enjoyed specifically about doctor Cata is that every step of the way throughout the adjustment, he shared what he was doing and why. He explained what was out of alignment, how he was testing it, and why he was making the adjustments he was making. It was great not just because I'm interested in learning, but it's really helpful for me to understand the what and why behind what he's doing. Oh, and for the adjustment itself - I feel great! As I was driving home I felt the pieces falling back into place and the nerve pain subsiding. I've been seeing Dr. Gay Gustafson for much of the past year but stopped after my last visit. I…read morearrived about ten minutes before my scheduled appointment and was placed right away in a treatment room where I sat for 45 minutes. I knew the doctor was in the office because I saw her pass the open door several times and heard her voice occasionally during those 45 minutes. When she walked into the treatment room she flashed me a smile and asked me how I was doing. I told her I'd been waiting so long I was thinking about getting up and going home. In a voice best directed toward a small child she said "Oh, you need a hug", as if I was just having a bad day. I feel I deserved an apology and explanation for having been kept waiting; not some sarcastic remark. She then sat on a stool, began examining my feet, and said "You're not diabetic, are you?" That was the purpose of my regular visits to her - for diabetic foot care. Apparently she'd not taken 30 seconds to glance at my medical records prior to coming into the room. During the appointment she told me I'd benefit from rubbing a certain ointment on my feet and that she'd phone my pharmacist to prescribe it before the end of the day. When a week passed without her calling my pharmacy, I had to phone her and remind her to do so. My health insurance pays 100% of my doctors' visits and treatments. I deserve better than Dr. Gustafson.
