Their promise, clean clothes in 24 hours... What I got, just before the 24 hour mark a message they will be there in another 24 hours. No. I needed the 24 hour turnaround. We are traveling. Part of my party was flying out. I responded that it wasn't ok and I needed the clothes in the promised time. Got another vague answer. They were delivered about 40 hours after pickup. My husband had to leave without his clothes. This is completely unacceptable when you offer a business based on time guarantees. They wanted to give me future credits. I would never use this again. I would have been better off finding a Laundromat. And when the clothes finally came, they had holes from pins in them, stains, and came wadded up. So thanks for wadded up clothes that came late with holes and stains. But hey, you gave me 5£ for my trouble and charged me nearly 40 for the horrible service. I made sure to let our hotel know (they recommended the service) of my experience. So unless you don't care about spots, holes, wrinkles and time, pass on this.

MARK MY WORDS, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD NOT JUST THE WORST LAUNDRY COMPANY, BUT THE WORST COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!! I really don't even have the time to sit here and air up all my grievances, because we will be here all day, but I will say this they have terrible, rude, nasty customer service who are not even in the country that they're serving they outsourced to India, and their representatives are extremely rude and completely unaware of what the policies are and constantly giving causing more confusion and then already tumultuous situation! they had my clothes over a month or because of stupid payment discrepancy that was their problem, not mine in any event. I finally paid the bill today in total, even though they told me they were only charging me for half of the amount that I was charged, I paid $589 about 10 minutes later I was charged another $589 so in total I was charged twice leaving my bank account stripped clean. I've been reaching out to every single customer service representative that I spoke with since the beginning of time and now all of a sudden they have nothing to say in your response. This has been over a few hours now and no one has gotten back to me. I've emailed I chatted and no one seems to be getting back to me, which is crazy because when they felt like I owe the company money, they were calling my phone nonstop every day all day but now all of a sudden, nobody has nothing to say to Work. This is Dade. This is treacherous. I hate this company. I will never do business with them again, and I suggest you don't either they don't even wash clothes properly they come back smelling like mildew and it's just ridiculous. Don't waste your I'm begging you.

DO NOT USE! After using this service that our hotel recommend, we were very disappointed. Our clothes seem liked they were just tossed in a dryer and then shoved in a bag and returned. There were a few stains that we had put stain remover on before sending and it was still on there when return. If they were washed the residue from the stain remover would have come out. They didn't even smell clean. For how much we paid, it was not worth it. We have been looking through reviews and it seems everyone has had a similar experience.

They picked up clothes from the hotel. Scheduled to deliver in 24 hours. I was delighted. However, when they delivered, clothes were not washed. Dirty clothes were thrown into drier, folded and returned with stains. Clothes did not have any fresh small you would expect from washed clothes. They charged 24 GBP. After I complained they agreed to refund 8 GBP. Total disappointment and terrible service, and a terrible return policy. Never again. Buyer beware.

Do not use. This company ruined my suit and did not help solve the problem. I sent in a pure white 2- piece designer suit to be dry cleaned. It came back covered in grey stains all over in it. There are grey stains inside the blazer as well. Check out the pictures. How is that even possible? All they had to do was dry clean it. It was my favorite suit and they ruined it. I reached out to them to see if they can fix it. They refunded the cleaning and asked that I send the suit back in for another cleaning. Are they crazy? I'm never sending anything back with them. read more

If I could give laundry heap negative stars, I would. This service does not check your washing before it puts it in the wash and there is no due diligence or accountability if anything goes wrong. It is hit and miss and seems as though they outsource there work depending on where you are, as I have use them in 2 different locations. I had used them for a while and several times, had to complain about receiving damp clothes. I had also received items that did not belong to me and also clothes just dumped back in the bag. When I complained, the CSO said that folding was not guaranteed and various other excuses. The final straw was the last wash, where a designer bag had been mistakenly added to the wash bag. It is clearly, a non washable/ non fabric item. It was not only put in the wash, but also put through a high heat tumble dryer. I was horrified firstly to see it in the returned clothes, as I had been looking for it, and to see that it had been shrivelled and completely bent out of shape. When I complained to customer services, they were completely unhelpful and absolve themselves any responsibility. After some backing and forthing, I received a hugely aggravating response: Thank you for getting back to us. As previously stated, our mixed and separate wash options do not include personalised treatment for each item. This is mainly due to the fact that clothing is washed in batches to ensure optimal efficiency. We processed the items in your order for a machine wash at 30 degrees and tumble-dried them at medium heat as you had sent them for a mixed wash service. This is our standard procedure for all items sent for a wash-only service. We request our customers to ensure their items are suitable for the service they request. We have mentioned this on our website, Laundryheap application, and terms and conditions. I have also attached snippets of them to this email for your reference. As this is something that our partner facilities cannot foresee or avoid, Laundryheap cannot be held liable for the damage, considering the item was not suitable to be washed or tumble-dried at medium heat. We understand how unfortunate this situation is, and we are sorry for the inconvenience it has caused. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any additional questions or concerns. We would be more than happy to assist you. In the meantime, our help centre is at your disposal for quick access to answers until we can offer more in-depth support. read more

My dry cleaner across my flat closed down so I tried out laundryheap. I chose dry cleaning for a few shirts and for a few jumpers. On their pricing list it said jumpers would cost £7.95 per item. The next day I got a message saying they would charge me £12 per jumper as they are all cashmere. First of all, where do they specify on their website the material of the jumpers? I wouldn't need dry cleaning for a simple cotton jumper anyway. Dry cleaning implies delicate fabrics anyway. I've been scrolling through their entire website to see any item being listed that costs £12 to dry clean and I cannot see it anywhere. After contacting their customer service I was told these are standard rates. Why would you add 50% to a standard rate? Secondly, please learn to count: Of the 5 jumpers, only 2 were cashmere, the others were just normal wool. This is simply a lie. Great way to take some additional cash from their customers. It's simply a price trap. I refused to get these dry cleaned for this price and will go to a different dry cleaner, in person. They did something similar with my shirts: To call a simple linen summer overshirt (what's the difference here anyway?!) a jacket/blazer in order to charge triple the price is criminal. The delivery was also more difficult than expected. I had received a text message that the driver would get to my address before the booked time slot so I rushed home. Halfway there, I received a notification on the app saying that the delivery failed. Then it said it would arrive an hour later. This unnecessary back and forth was frustrating. I contacted the customer service several times. None of the customer service agents cared to actually help me with any of the issues. This was my first and last order with laundryheap. I do not recomend it to anyone out there. The service might work well in theory, in practice however it's a complete disaster from beginning to end. Laundryheap promises to save you time but ends up doing the opposite and on top of that adds frustration. I've been to many dry cleaners and never have I had such a horrible experience. If my experience had not been this bad, I would not bother writing this review. It didn't just cost me much more money but also a lot of time. I hope I can prevent people from using their service as I do not wish this to anyone. read more

I have a hard time believing any of these reviews are legit... if you go to their NYC yelp page they barely have 2 stars, and for good reason. I was informed last minute my laundry was going to be delayed over 24 hours (I had little to no other laundry left) when I had plans the next day. They do not budge or offer any sort of concession nor do they even consult you about what time would work for a rescheduling. They just schedule whatever time works for them and fit you into their schedule, despite the fact that it was an operational failure on their end. Failure to consult me notwithstanding, you would think they would at least slot you into a preferred timeslot - but alas no, I was slotted into a 7-9PM slot. And when I reached out for help I was told I was getting my laundry at an estimated 9:25PM? So not only was I put in as an afterthought in the two hour window, they were able to, by 5pm, tell me that they would not be able to make that window. If they are aware of orders being late, why would they not tell their customers? Another gross operational failure on their part. SO, thanks to laundryheap, I will be purchasing new clothes to get me by in the meantime. If you enjoy spending extra money for a laundry service that will arrive at the earliest 26 hours late and at a somewhat random cadence - and if you REALLY enjoy buying new clothes to makeup for lost laundry, I highly recommend laundryheap. read more

Terrible service and terrible communication. They moved the return delivery of my laundry three times and acted like it was my problem when they selected a delivery time I had told them I would not be home. They then returned items to me scrunched up in a ball, still with stains on. Absolutely no acknowledgment of their terrible service or any form of apology and offered me a £3 refund (!) and £10 off my next order which is pretty laughable. I will never be using laundry heap again. read more

The service was ok but be warned - you can only use a gift voucher on a single order - they will not credit you any difference unlike most other companies. I was gifted a £100 voucher by friends when I was going through a tough time. I couldn't work out how much my washing would cost in advance and only found out afterwards the total was £55 leaving £45 remaining on the voucher. Any other company would credit that to your account but not Laundryheap - that money is now theirs apparently and can't be spent by me. No one buying a gift voucher would think to check the small print that specifies it's one voucher per order as its such an irregular practice - and a total racket. read more

Misleading and extortionate pricing. Edit to say that I been told by customer services that they can not help me. They have answered none of my questions, taken no responsibility for the fact that the notification I received saying the order would be £60 wasn't misleading and no justification for price being at least three times more than I should have been. They have been deliberately evasive and have a deliberately misleading system so you say ok to charges that are high. No concern at all shown for a loyal customer who is now in significant financial difficulty due to a simple error. Horrific ethos for a company. Having used laundryheap many times before and been happy with the service we have been horrified by the cost of our recent order. I asked for advice on the pricing of dry cleaning curtains on the live chat as it wasn't on the price list and they advised it just came under regular dry cleaning. My curtains are small, thin and cheap. Sent off the curtains and then received a message whilst I was at work asking me to ok the price for the order which said £60 for the four items. Or at least I believed so as the large price of £60 was displayed clearly. Got my order back later and the invoice was actually for £241! This is over double what the curtains actually cost to buy new and also way more than they cost to clean locally which was close to £70. Despite customer service promising to explain the pricing structure and escalate my complaint to management within 24 hours I have heard nothing. Very disappointed and stressed as we are now out of pocket for the months bills etc as could never afford to pay for a service of this cost had we known. read more

if I could give 0 stars to this company, I would. I placed an order with LaundryHeap to get my husband's suit dry cleaned for a wedding, I could see this was guaranteed 24 hour turnaround and it was an urgent turnaround time for us, so I booked. All seemed fine, until it was due for delivery. I got a text to say it was on the way, then another to say it was a few minutes away, and then another to say "sorry, there's another drop before you" and there was a delay. We ended up waiting up past 11 because it kept saying it would arrive later and later, and eventually they cancelled the order. As we only had one day until the wedding, I contacted them asking them, begging them, to deliver it urgently - they guaranteed it would be delivered on time, but it is now an hour and a half past the start of the delivery window and it is still in the facility. Nobody is responding, I have tried every single method of contact - nothing. A completely faceless organisation who couldn't give two hoots what happens to your product. What makes this worse is this is my husbands' own wedding suit, and I am petrified it is never going to arrive and we have lost it to LH. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. read more

I would echo quite a few other reviews on here, a negative rating would be more appropriate. Please avoid at all costs, walk to your local dry-cleaners, don't fall for this. Completely gutted to have ever trusted this company with our clothes. Gave them ten items and got eight of them back which seems to be a relatively common occurrence, certainly more common than you might expect from any high-street dry cleaners. We lost a waistcoat that was part of a tailored wedding suit and a blanket gifted to my wife by her late mother. I largely blame myself for not going through the online reviews more thoroughly, and in hindsight it seems like madness that I went with them. They spent a month 'inquiring' about our items after which time they came back to say that they had "checked this matter with the respective facility, with the driver team and all potential customers. However, all of them confirmed not receiving such items". (Personally, I think there is an implication that we are lying about having given them). Somone at some point did receive the blanket at least because we received a photo of it just to say there were a few marks that wouldn't be possible to remove. Once I realised that the compensation for each item would be capped at £35 per item, I understood why we never got them back. It must be much more economical for the company to 'compensate' us for lost items than make an effort to retrieve them. Apparently, this is industry standard however in writing this review I've checked the citizens advice bureau which suggests that it may be reasonable to expect compensation to an items value after all. Looks to be a few routes but I think I'm going to contact the dry-cleaning complaints arbitration service to see if they can help. Just to say that the people you deal on the chat-box trying to resolve the issue are perfectly professional, friendly and decent enough. Unfortunately this doesn't get our items back or compensate us for their loss. read more

Please, please do not use. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews - maybe they had some good experiences are just plain low expectations - because this company is just so bad that it has made me lose the will to live. Who knew a company that promised to clean my clothes could make me despair for all of humanity. Gave them quite a few chances after they ruined various clothes with rogue spots or stains, and they lost a few others, but now I have been waiting 5 days for our latest order with no update, just vague 'we will escalate it' meaningless platitudes, and with no solution offered - so that's over £1000 of clothes just lost, or stolen. I rarely write reviews, but if I can help just one person to choose a different service today then I would like to self-nominate myself for a humanitarian award. There is no accountability - no customer service worthy of that name, no phone number, no one who actually cares beyond giving you a cut and paste script from a handbook entitled (I presume) "How to be terrible people and get away with crap service". This company demonstrates the worst type of business model; ostensibly they exist to make your life easier but in reality is just a depressing look at how far humanity has sunk. Chicago location- DO NOT USE, would give zero stars if possible. We decided to use this business due to the washers and dryer's being out of order at are apartment complex. We sent in two baskets of clothes, one being mine and the other my boyfriends. Initially, receiving are clothes back they did not return the hampers that they had taken. After opening up the burlap bags all my boyfriends clothes were returned, ALL of my clothes were missing, and we received a bag of somebody else's clothes. There's no way to contact anyone over the phone or speak to someone in person. All communication is through their messaging app. No sense of urgency to locate my clothes or pick up the clothes we were given that were not ares. Said was going to take 3 hours to look into the mix up. I still don't understand how they will be able to locate my clothes if they were a) miss labeled or b) not labeled at all. The customer support asked for pictures of the missing item. Even though it was well over 60 items that were missing (obviously I do not have pictures of all of them). Extremely upset and frustrated that I am now missing ALL of my clothes worth over hundreds of dollars. Most of these clothes included were also work clothes that I need for the upcoming week. Absolutely do not use. Update: my clothes were all returned after messaging back and forth with tech support for days. The were found two days later, but unable to drop them off until the 4th day because the driver had already left. Overall would not recommend using, the amount of time and energy spent was not worth it. I would have taken them to the dry cleaners myself. read more

Beware! Lost Clothes and No Answers! I used Laundryheap in London for the first time last week while on a multi-week trip to Europe. They collected in the time window as expected and the next day I picked up my bag from reception at my hotel. It has my name and my order number in the tag. I get to my room and open the bag to find someone's towels were delivered rather than my clothes which I needed for the remainder of my trip. It has now been 5 days and the only response I get each day is to keep waiting another 48 hours. I have asked multiple times about how reimbursement works because I have had to buy new clothes at this point since most of mine were with them for washing. There is no phone number and emails are generic with no new information. It also took me multiple attempts to get the wrongly delivered items back to them so I can only hope if my items were incorrectly delivered that someone else is working just as hard as I am to get my clothes back to Laundryheap. read more

I recently used Laundryheap during a stay in London -- when my clothes were not delivered the next day as promised, I checked in and received a response that they had attempted a delivery but no one was there. This was a lie, as they had "lost" my clothing (or stolen it to resell on the secondary market). After countless hours of back and forth with bots, they are reimbursing me for a meager fraction of the clothes value (about 5%). I could never get in touch with a single live person, I received no resolution, and would strongly recommend never giving these assholes a single tshirt. read more

I would recommend this app for dry cleaning service only. Do not recommend for laundry wash + repairs. The reason is that the first time I booked for dry cleaning only, I was able to receive my clothes in 24 hours as promised and everything was smooth. The second time however, the app informed me it was 24 hours, until the day I was supposed to receive my clothes, I was informed it would be 72 hours... It was quite a hassle to talk to customer service (which is only live chat) and I was able to get my clothes after 48 hours. Also, if any of your laundry needs to air dry rather than tumble dry, do not use the app. I had specifically asked for a few items to not be put into the dryer, with special requests on the app as well as handwritten notes in the bag, but they didn't listen and tumble dried anyway. So a USD100 Dress was ruined and shrunk. read more

The pick up and delivery drivers were super friendly but that's unfortunately where my good experience ended. Some of my whites were scorched but the worst bit was that the buttons on my duvet cover actually MELTED - it's now totally ruined. They claim to have tumble dried the laundry at a moderate heat, which I have also done to this duvet cover in the past, and the buttons haven't melted. Some white items in my order were also scorched... They refuse to accept any accountability for this despite me sending pictures of the melted plastic and the care label as requested. They also refuse to accept any accountability for some of my items that they lost entirely (but they gave me a random person's workout headband). I'll never be using them again. read more

Laundryheap just completely ruined two of my items of clothing I sent for dry cleaning which now appear to be covered in some dark colour dye perhaps from the wash or store process. They have responded to my complaint by suggesting the stains were already there and they had emailed me about them, but the email to me was about entirely different items (as is clear from the same email chain I am writing to them on). Week 1: Failed Delivery and Inaction: The ordeal began when Laundryheap egregiously failed to deliver my laundry. The driver, clueless and unhelpful, speculated that my items could have been wrongly delivered to another customer. Calls to customer service were met with a deafening silence, leaving me stranded and desperate for a resolution that never came. Week 2: Emergency Linen Purchase: The situation turned critical when I had to urgently buy replacement linen for my Airbnb guests, incurring significant unplanned expenses. This was a direct result of Laundryheap's blunder, and their lack of communication amplified the chaos. Week 3: Discovered Damage and Dismissive Responses: When my laundry finally arrived, it was unusable - reeking and stained with what looked like yellow paint. It was clear the linen had been misused, perhaps by another customer, and returned without any cleaning. Laundryheap's responses to my complaints were dismissive, offering no acknowledgment or compensation for the ruined bedding. Week 4: False Assurances and Continued Negligence: Laundryheap promised to re-wash the damaged items, yet returned them with the same stains, contradicting their claim of having removed them. They sent photos alleging the stains were gone, which was a blatant lie. I was counting on this laundry for new guests, and their incompetence left me in a bind once again. Week 5: Unauthorized Charges and Gaslighting: I discovered unauthorized charges on my card from Laundryheap. Despite providing screenshot evidence, they denied responsibility, gaslighting me and causing further financial strain. Week 6: More Delays and Token Refund: After weeks of exhausting back-and-forth, Laundryheap finally acknowledged a portion of their financial errors by refunding a paltry £2.99 for the canceled subscription. The issue of the $10.30 unauthorized charge was left hanging, with them asking for even more information - a stalling tactic I'd become all too familiar with. Week 7: Lack of Accountability and Resolution: Laundryheap's communication strategy seemed to revolve around sending arbitrary responses designed to delay any real resolution. Their correspondence was void of substance, ignoring the pressing issues at hand and failing to recognize the urgency and distress their service failures had caused me. Week 8: Empty Promises and Refusal to Compensate: As I sought answers and compensation for the damaged bedding, Laundryheap's promises of action remained unfulfilled. The company's reluctance to admit their fault in the mishandling of my property was evident, with no compensation in sight for the full set of bedding that was now damaged beyond repair. Week 9: Token Gestures and Continued Financial Mishandling: Finally, Laundryheap made a shallow attempt at rectifying one of their many errors by issuing a minimal refund of £2.99 for a canceled subscription. Yet, this did little to address the larger issue of unauthorized charges, including the $10.30 transaction they had previously failed to acknowledge or resolve. Conclusion: A Warning to Potential Customers: Laundryheap's abhorrent behavior throughout this process was not just a series of service failures but a complete disregard for customer experience and satisfaction. The company's handling of my case was characterized by deceit, avoidance, and negligence. They not only caused me significant financial loss and stress but also the mental anguish of dealing with their circular and dismissive customer service. The distress I endured due to their unprofessionalism was unacceptable. I urge anyone considering their services to take this account as a stark warning and steer clear of Laundryheap. Their behavior towards customers is not just disappointing; it's outright disgraceful and should be admonished. read more

I am utterly appalled by the horrendous experience I had with Laundryheap. Not only did they lose a significant number of my valuable clothing items, but their subsequent handling of the situation has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been a loyal customer but after this ordeal, I can confidently say that I will never use their services again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. After three weeks of endless communication and so-called "investigations," Laundryheap finally admitted that they had indeed lost 14 shirts and 3 jackets. To their credit, they agreed to compensate me, as stated in their terms and conditions. However, this initial glimmer of hope quickly turned into a bitter disappointment. To my shock and disbelief, Laundryheap then proceeded to commit a severe breach of my privacy rights by illegally sharing my personal data with other parties. This flagrant violation of GDPR practices is both unacceptable and inexcusable. I trusted Laundryheap to handle my information securely, but they proved themselves to be utterly negligent in this regard. Their subsequent correspondence was even more disheartening. After realising the substantial value of the lost items, which amounted to over £1400, they shamelessly reneged on their promise of compensation of £600. Their sudden change of heart, driven solely by their financial interests, showcases a complete lack of integrity and respect towards their customers. What makes matters worse is that I discovered I'm not alone in this nightmarish experience. Several other customers I personally recommended to Laundryheap have also reported poor service and lost items in recent times. Laundryheap's failure to take responsibility for their mistakes, coupled with their disregard for customer privacy and satisfaction, is simply unacceptable. As someone who believed in their service and recommended it to others, I am deeply disappointed and disheartened. I strongly urge anyone considering using Laundryheap to think twice before entrusting them with your precious belongings and personal information. This company has proven themselves to be untrustworthy and unreliable. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! The prices quoted on the price list on their website are NOT the actual prices you will get charged. I've sent a puffer coat, a shirt and a pair of trousers for which I was quoted an amount on the website. The day following collection (supposed delivery day) I received a text asking for another payment of £24 to process the puffer coat. I was asking if this was additional to the total amount that I had already paid but no clear response was sent. Customer service is simply horrible. They have no phone to call, no one answers the chat box, and each text message is replied to after two hours! They ended up not delivering the clothes back on the day agreed. I said that I did not want them to process the coat as I didn't want to pay an additional £24 to what I had already paid. They delivered the coat unprocessed two days later, but they never refunded me the amount I originally paid for the coat. @Laundryheap, do not bother answering saying this was dealt with internally as you do on all messages, as that is a big lie. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! read more

I've been using Laundryheap for a while, and while the drivers are always lovely and efficient, the customer service is extremely poor. As a busy medic, I value organization and quick communication, but I've been asking the same question since this morning without any response. I've seen the customer service associate, Varun, going online and offline multiple times, completely ignoring my three messages. Additionally, my friends have received numerous discounts for future orders, but when I enquired about this, I was also ignored. It shows a lack of business acumen and consideration for loyal customers. To make matters worse, I wanted to add an extra bag to my pick-up to save on unnecessary trips, but my request was disregarded. It seems they'd rather do two or three trips than listen to a simple customer request, which makes no sense logistically. Sadly, I won't be using Laundryheap again. While the drivers are fantastic, the lack of customer care is too frustrating to deal with. read more

I cannot believe how many issues I've had with this company. From delivery people refusing to pick up from my door (multiple drivers have asked me to bring my laundry out to the corner...) to delivery of my clothes being delayed by multiple days (this happened twice when I was scheduled to travel the next day). Also worth noting: I've never been compensated for these issues. I've gotten "Thanks for the feedback" about a million times, but that does very little to remedy the fact that I've had to purchase clothes to wear for multiple business trips due to their operational issues. My recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Tip for the company: People are using this service for very specific reasons. Among them, timeliness. If you cannot fulfill orders within the promised window, DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER. Why is this such a complicated concept to grasp? read more

Rushed back from work and cancelled a few appointments tonight just to wait for nothing. Driver didn't bother calling, nor ringing my door bell. There wasn't a missed call at all. Then I get a notification that the collection was unsuccessful. I cannot call Laundry Heap because there's no contact number and when I did eventually get a number, no one picked up the call. I had to rely on chat, and no one actually answered me until hours and hours later. I've been a long time customer of laundry heap but tonight's terrible service has made me think twice. I've cancelled the order and I will uninstall the app. Terrible terrible Terrible. read more

I used Laundryheap during a trip to London, and it was fantastic! Booking through the app was easy, and the driver picked up and dropped off my laundry right at my hotel lobby--super convenient. Communication was excellent, with regular updates through the app. My clothes were returned quickly, perfectly clean. For travelers needing reliable and hassle-free laundry service, I highly recommend Laundryheap. Will definitely use them again! read more

First time I have tried this service or a service of this kind. Travelling to London from the US for a couple of weeks and needed laundry done. Paid last night for pick up at office. There was some difficulty with the pick-up, but with some active communication, Laundry Heap was accommodating and picked it up ultimately at my hotel. Got laundry back the next day, 24 hours later. AM very excited to have clean clothes. read more

Brand new shirts given for dry cleaning came back with collars faded. They took them back saying they will re-do but unfortunately the damage has been done. The person who delivers is clueless and since there is no telephone number the correspondence has to be only via email. Stopped using them since. Poor service and expensive.Personally I felt I am better off with the local dry cleaners. read more

Great for mixed washes. Very prompt with collections and deliveries. These are easily tracked, so you know exactly when they are arriving. The drivers are friendly and helpful. Clothes are clean and soft after the washes. They are returned dry. I'm glad laundryheap exists, as they provide a very convenient service at a very competitive price. read more

I think it is really shameful that LaundryHeap is using our business Name, address and photo linked to their site. A very low move from a supposed big company!
