I am always pressed for time so doing one load at a time at home is the pits. I come to the laundromat to get a lot done at niece and this place makes that possible. Semi-Large machines are a bit pricey ($4.75 per load) but they hold about 1 1/2 to 2 times a normal machine and are done in 21 mins. But don't fret this place has machines of all sizes - even one large enough for a average size person to crawl into. There are even a bunch of top loading machines for you old school types. Dryers are huge and not that expense. $.25 per 8 minutes and even my large loads of towel only need 40 mins to dry in these machines. So big I can often combine lights and whites in a single dryer to save money. I've been a few times and never had to wait for a machine, never had a machine breakdown on me, machines are clean and smell like they should and always plenty of quarters in the coin machine. 90 mins or less and I'm done with 4/5 loads of laundry. Great place and time saver for me.

My first time there I noticed their prices were a little higher than what I'd been paying at my previous cleaners, and this bugged me, but it was a super convenient location. My two-star-rating isn't a reflection of the higher prices though; it is a reflection of the terrible experience I just had with All Cleaners tailoring. I brought a bridesmaid dress in on Tuesday morning and asked if it would be possible to have it hemmed and steamed by Friday because the wedding was Saturday. The owner said not a problem and took the dress. My ticket pick up time said Friday 4:00 pm. I arrived around 4:30 on Friday, and with a very nonchalant tone, the owner told me the dress wasn't there or ready because the tailor had forgot, and I could pick it up Saturday after 12:00. In a panic I explained that I needed to be at the bride's house at 7:00am for the wedding, so noon wouldn't work, and she then suggested I get the dress at 7:00am the next morning. Clearly that wasn't an option, and I was growing pretty angry, but remained calm and explained there was no way I could do anything other than take the dress home that Friday night. She made a call to the tailor and then told me she'd call me when it was ready; I would get it that night. Right around their closing time, without a call, I started panicking and called them to check on the dress' status, and the person on the other line told me I could come pick up the dress because it's "been ready." Needless to say I was upset, but said nothing when I got there and just paid for the dress and left. The dress was still way too long on Saturday, even though they pinned the hemline that week with my dress shoes on. The owner apologized when everything was said and done, but I will never do business there again.

Like another person mentioned, it's a bit pricey (the reason I took off a star): -Very Large Electrolux washer up front runs $7.75 for a 30 min wash (think king size comforter). -Large Speed Queen washers throughout run $5.25 for a wash -Regular Size Top Load Speed Queen washers (think home sized washer) run $3.00 per load. -All dryers were running 25 cents per 7 minutes of drying time. There's a single restroom; as well as a couple vending machines for drinks and snacks as well. Good number of washing machines & dryers on site for regular loads of clothes all the way up to the very large washer(s) for oversized blankets/comforters. I only noticed one of the smaller washers being "out of order" at the time I visited. They also have free Wi-Fi and apparently offer laundry service as well. I was here middle of the week/middle of the day with about 5 other people and it didn't feel crowded. Nice place if you need to wash some clothes/bedding in the South Suburbs. I'd return and recommend.

Place does the job, obviously, but definitely not worth the pricing. Also they use a card reader, so make sure you bring change, because if you don't the machine doesn't give change back.
