I brought in a large order including three handbags and a pair of suede Birkenstock slides. Among them was my Louis Vuitton purse with vachetta leather. I was initially told that my items would take extra time because they were being "outsourced to a leather professional." I patiently waited two weeks to pick up my items, trusting they were in the hands of someone knowledgeable. Big mistake. When I got my items back, I was absolutely horrified. My Louis Vuitton was completely ruined--its vachetta leather was darkened, burnt-looking, and destroyed. My Birkenstocks were also discolored beyond repair. When I reached out to discuss the damage, I was met with a dismissive, cold, and unapologetic response from the owner. She took zero responsibility and instead blamed the "age" of my items--as if high-quality materials suddenly burn and discolor on their own! What's even worse is that their response completely contradicts what I was originally told. If my items were truly sent to a professional, why does the owner's response sound like Best Cleaners handled them directly? Were they lying from the start? To add to the horrible customer service, the owner never called me back despite my multiple attempts to get answers.
