Overall, this is one of the nicest laundromats I've visited. It is spotlessly clean (the staff were literally dusting, sweeping, wiping down surfaces the entire time I was there), lots of seating, and a great payment system. You get a laundry card from a machine, and you can load it with credit either using cash or card. The laundry card is used to operate all laundry machines, the vending machines (there are ones for food, drink, and laundry supplies), and accessing the bathrooms. Staff were super friendly. Other customers were polite. Only complaints: the bathroom looked clean but smelled so bad it made my eyes water (pretty sure they had used ammonia to clean in there or something, and that's what I was smelling?) and there is no internet available. Internet access was advertised on the website, and there was clearly a WiFi network called "Laundry World," but when asked for the password, the staff insisted there is no internet available ‍ Who knows. Most expensive laundry mat there is ! And there dryer machine suck. I had to use 3 times for it to dry 5 pieces of clothes.

This place always have at 50 to 55% of their machine down. This every time we go to wash at this place. Not sure how they are making money. I think they are losing money. read more

I left one star cause I had too otherwise it would be none I am currently here now and while I was bringing my blankets in cause that's what I came for just to wash my blankets and right while I was bringing them in 2 Hispanic ladies were standing chatting away and I guess she had just mopped and I did f see I'm not looking down to see if the floor is wet while anyhow one of them yelled literally yelled at me in Spanish and said so you not see the floor is wet and mind you it's Sunday so it's packed and there was a lot of people so yes she just belittled me in front of everyone all because I needed to wash my blankets and I'm literally shaking right now my blood pressure went sky high she had no right to do that and the other Hispanic lady standing beside her is a manager and said nothing to her let her yell at me the way she did and than a Hispanic guy came in after I did and she nicely said you can come threw it's ok so to me it was a racist thing and I will be getting a lawyer this is the second bad experience with this place and those Hispanic ladies need to go they need to learn how to treat people with respect she will end up messing with the wrong person one of these days and I will never come back to this place nor do I recommend it I will try my hardest and won't stop until I speak to the owner or owners of this place they have to know how these ladies are treating the costumers and they will know cause I will not stop until I speak with a higher up I asked one of the ladies for a number and the number she gave me well yes she picked up the phone lol so she thinks she is slick I will find the owners somehow but definitely do not recommend this place they will sit there and talk about the people there to wash clothes in Spanish so they don't understand I've seen and heard it they do not deserve this job being around people all day ......and I am still shaking cause of the way I got treated at this laundry world and I hope and want a higher up to get back to me if they can asap thank you read more

Never going there again. Everytime I go they always shut one section for cleaning. Usually I get the machines that I want, which are the 3.20. They had most of the section closed for the 3.20 machines And only had about 6 machines open which were occupied. The attendant told me to use the next size up which is 4.35, which is for double loads. Why would I spend a 1.11 more when I don't have that many clothes. read more

This place is great!!!! There are washers here that are huge. I guess it fits about 7 loads in there. Or, for big rugs or a weeks worth of clothes for a family of four. My wash was under $9, and my dry was under $3. I usually don't do laundry at any laundry mat since I have a washer and dryer at home, but some days I don't want to be stuck at home all day doing laundry if I have not kept up with it at home, so I come here. The area is bright and open. There is always a staff person here to make sure the mat is clean, security, and to help you out. They don't take quarters, but you can purchase a card you can reload with money. There is a bill changer here, but I have heard not to trust it. So I bring dollars here. There is an option to use a credit card or debit card to reload your card, but I have not used this option. I would give this place 5 stars, but there are not enough wall chargers or charging station for your devices, and the drink machines seem to be always out or out of order. Oh, and if you have to use the washroom, bring your laundry card with you. It is the key to get in. P.S., sometimes you see some people GTL-ing here because Zip Fitness is next door. read more

EPIC FAIL I went to this place for the first and only time today 10/16/2014.... I didn't even wash here the machines are super expensive 5.00 for a 3 load washer.... Oh and they don't take cash u have to buy a card from them the machine only excepts bills... The attendant was unhelpful... I didn't know u couldn't take a cart outside to bring ur laundry in when I tried the attendant yelled at me when I asked can I pull my car closer just to unload he told me no...I will never be back to this place. It may be convenient since its open till midnight but I'll never be back read more

8am pull up to take in my laundry. Two cars blocked the entrance while they did their laundry. I use a cane. I had to drag my laundry around the car's in order to get it in the building. The laundry attendant did nothing to resolve or even help with the situation. I even asked people to move their cars. Only two people even acknowledged me. This place is too expensive to put up with stuff like this. I will not be coming back. read more

Washing machines are a bit spendy, but convenient. Employees tried to block us from entering at 9:40pm and straight up locked a guy out at 10:30pm. Hours show 6am to 12am on the doors. It is very clean in here. read more
