Look up and you will see (signs) which washers are good for the amount of wash you have. Down fall is that you can't just put coins directly into the machine. You need to purchase a "card" and put money in it. Washing and drying is set at a price point so you won't be able to put the exact amount on your card. Now we have some stupid amount left over on the card we probably won't use again. You should be able to return the card and get the balance back! This is how they make the "extra" back. Pretty good scam. lol...this happens cuz they put 79 cents as a price for 11 minute drying. It will never add up to the amount you put on your card. They have plenty of choices for detergent, softener and dryer sheets to select in the machine if you forgot yours or need. Perfect for these unplanned usage. There wasn't a lot of carts to use so I would suggest adding more. Plenty of parking in the lot. 3/5/2024 Thank you to the owner for writing back. The dryers that are free barely work -- they don't dry clothes at all, which means spending extra money and time just to get anything done. On top of that, some customers leave their laundry sitting in the machines for hours at a time, and nothing is done about it. It makes the whole experience even more frustrating. I honestly hope management steps up and fixes these issues, because right now, this place is more hassle than it's worth.
