Love this drop off service. They do a great job and never disappoint. Bravo. I highly recommend.

Laundry matt manager is soo rude... I payed 9.50 For the big machine and they had the nerve to say I put too much clothes in it's a huge washing machine.. of course I'm going to throw in more clothes than I would the regular machine.. then they said they wouldn't give me back my money and I would have to pay again never ever coming back read more

Usually my go to laundromat... I normally come during the morning time / afternoon.. lady that works the morning is nice & always says hi and is always making sure this place is clean and when I've seen others tell her something is wrong she's nice about it and professional she doesn't try to tell someone something as if she's the owner. ... I've had issues with dryers not drying but I just usually inform her that it's not working and I don't ask for my money back or anything just to avoid anyone else causing a problem .....tonight I had an issue with one of the washers that I had initially noticed wasn't doing the final spin and it went from having 5mins on it to 0 .. I took my blankets out (3 blankets, 2 kids blankets and one bigger one the kind that are on the thinner side) well when I informed the EVENING RUDE LADY she automatically told me it's your fault it's too much clothes I informed her that I've never had an issue and I've always washed the same items in the same size washer (and my other washer same size probably had more clothes in it lol) and as I'm trying to explain to her what I noticed happened she said no it's too much clothes I'm calling the owner... I just walked away since she had this rude look on her face since I walked in and she kept looking at my arms & giving dirty looks (which are tattooed ... maybe the owner should talk to his evening worker about not staring at PEOPLE W/TATTOOS and giving them DIRTY LOOKS ? Or SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS ?) anyway she proceeded to take a picture of my blankets and send them to her boss and they said they would give me money back only if I put it to wash again, are u kidding me ???? So who's going to give me the soap I wasted & my time ?? I told her look I just want to dry them enough to take them home I don't have the time she then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and say MY BOSS SAID ITS YOUR FAULT ITS TOO MUCH CLOTHES ILL JUST PUT MONEY IF U WASH AGAIN.. at this point I told her to GTF AWAY from me since she was giving me a disgusting look as if I was asking her for $100 when I just wanted to dry my blankets ENOUGH TO WHERE THEY WERENT DRIPPING WATER EVERYWHERE! .. I proceeded to put my blankets in the dryer to try to dry them enough to take home (pictures of the water left from where I set my blankets down at & she didn't even bother to dry the area to avoid anyone slipping so I put down paper towels . She then acted busy since I'm sure her "boss" was going to look at the video ) ... it's sad that over $3.50 a rude ignorant employee is the reason I won't be coming back & will inform anyone I've ever recommend this place to to simply avoid it since clearly they don't give a shit about their customers and rather let their employee roll their eyes and stare at anyone who isn't a Hispanic older lady like them .. oh did I mention she tried to give me two dollars about 10 mins later and said here take this to dry lmao! What a joke! ... so quick to take pictures of clothes bc someone is letting u know your fckn machine isn't working and explained it went from 5 mins to 0 but don't say anything to ppl who would eat on the counters and not wear masks and wash their dogs stuff & shoes in the sink then put them in the washer or ppl come get quarters and leave .. such a disappointment . read more

I've coming here seen the day the place open even before it was a shitty laundromat I have to have to come here every Wednesday because I have a fluff and fold business I have to run Twice I got things stolen from me because of the homeless there I got my quarters stolen there and I got my dryer sheets stolen yesterday by theses 2 shady people there the worker their really needs to pay attention to the people that go there abs was their laundry instead of talking to people on her job and couple of days ago there was this woman staring fight just to get dryers like come on she taking up all the dryers like leave some for other people watch out don't leave your stuff there because shady people steal stuff from you read more

Jensen is the best owner this laundromat has ever seen. The water? Fire. The soap? Clean. The machines? Delicious. Would go again, thank you Jensen for revolutionizing the laundry industry in Burbank, CA. read more

It's a super clean spot to come and wash. Machines work great, the only downside is the lack of folding tables.. and parking can be a hassle because the business next door tend to park and not care if they get towed (would be nice if they were on top of that.) also I'd avoid coming on Tuesday and Wednesday it's pretty hard to get a dryer being it's free lol just pay the two three bucks and was on other days. The attendees are super nice and always cleaning. read more

I usually don't come to laundry mat but we have the washer out of service at our apartment complex and I was running out of clothes so I basically had no choice. My hubby didn't want me to go alone cause he said it is always so packed and sometimes there are sketchy people in the area - I am happy to prove him wrong, not sure if it was an exception but there were plenty of machines open, all of different sizes plus the people there were all nice and friendly. The place is very neat, there is plenty of space to fold your clothes and the machines are super fast - 21 minutes to wash and 10 minutes to dry... well, I ended up drying 3 times because my clothes were never ready but well! Used the $6.25 machine which had the amount of clothes I usually wash in 3 loads at home, sweet deal! I think I will be back even once the machines at home are going to be fixed because these machines here wash way better and way faster! read more

Love love LOVE this laundromat. I used to come here a while back before they changed everything up (or possibly before new ownership) but I had found a cleaner laundromat. I came back for the first time again 2 weeks ago and fell in love with the place. There's a lot more of the bigger washing machines now but still a good amount of the regular washing machines. The prices have gone up a little more since before but what else hasn't in California? Plus, it's still a very reasonable charge. They now have free wifi which is AMAZING considering I have to take my toddler with me and I can keep her entertained with the iPad for a couple minutes. And I also gotta say, their employees are so kind and wonderful! I've yet to do the wash and fold service but the employees always interact and are so kind. Will definitely be coming here every week again for my laundry. read more

It's new !! & fantastic clean & organized , comfortable atmosphere I went almost at closing time & friendly the lady I think is the owner was nice helpful to inform how the machine works , convenient in the form to pay for your wash or dryer . But the only downer is the dryers knocked off one star I put 3 or 4 quarters on each dryer & on high mode & still I came home with all my clothes all damped got me burned out , I didn't like how the dryers worked & pricey read more

Well, I'm not sure if it's because of the pandemic or whatnot, but since the last time I reviewed this place, things have gotten worse. The homeless problem is a bit uncomfortable when you walk in and there's someone just sitting/sleeping on the bench. I know they're just trying to get away from the cold, but there are places for them to go to get cleaned up, a hot meal and a bed to rest in. The fact that they get here earlier than me (at 4:45am) makes me think that maybe the doors are never locked? Either way, it's quite unfortunate. Once again the couple who take up all the dryers every "free dry" Tuesday and Wednesday are back. It's actually every single week that they are here. I have a heart condition and am at high risk, so I try to get here early to do my laundry and not come into contact with people. I have to either sit their and wait for their clothes to dry while mine are still wet in my hamper or pay for the bigger dryers (which is what I did today). This is my last time I will be coming here. It's bad enough when the homeless are wandering about without masks on, but it's another gross act of entitlement when people take up the entire facility and act like you're in their way for being a paying customer. Good luck to anyone who decides to patron this place. read more

Laundry Love - All of the dryers (on the north side) are FULL of this couples clothing items (18 dryers) - Laundromat Near Me - Burbank, California

Normally I like this place but today I came in and 50% of the machines were out of order. Most of the out of the order ones were the less expensive/smaller ones which is supremely frustrating because I was forced to wait around for a machine to open or pay way more for a small load. Disappointing. read more

Ths was a great laundry stop, very clean, all new and sparlky machines with a very nice attendant. The machines all worked except for two dryers. This place has wi-fi, someone to fluff and fold the place has two large flat screens. Close to grocery stores, mail shops, smoke shops. 25 cent dry for 10 minutes, 2.50 wash. read more

Laundry Love - Nice and neat faucility with attendant immediately available - Laundromat Near Me - Burbank, California

I loved it here! I'm usually very skeptical about laundromats because most don't wash the clothes well and damage the clothing, but this one was great. The clothes was washed very well and did not damage it. The dryer was the only thing that kind of faded the darker clothes more than usual. Overall the facility is very clean, they have different machines to choose from. Will definitely be back whenever I need a back up plan. Thank you !! read more

I enjoy having the coinless pay option and text reminders when my laundry is about to finish. Despite the advertisement of free wifi and the viewable network, "Laundry Love- 5G" on my device, there is "no WiFi" according to the employees. If the WiFi worked, this would easily be 5 stars as it's the main facility I go to unless I need a late night wash (their hours end earlier now). read more

Laundry Love - Laundromat Near Me - Burbank, California

The cleanest laundromat I have ever seen. Variety of sizes of machines and a nice change machine. The woman working while I was there Saturday morning was working the entire time. She was cleaning everything and I even saw her get a stepladder out and clean on top of the vending machines. If not the owner, the owner is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. Great care taken at this business. read more

This is a very nice facility. There's a lot of washers and dryers, and the machines are very clean. It was nice that they had employees there doing laundry and tidying up - I saw an employee going around cleaning the place while I was there. They have TVs, wifi, change machines, and a bathroom (which costs a quarter to use). For washing, it's a bit on the expensive side - $2 for a top loading cycle. But the regular sized dryers are standard .25c per 10 minutes. Overall it seems like a very nice, well-kept place, and if it's a bit more expensive I feel like it's worth it for the cleanliness! read more

Love this laundry mat but it gets way too packed in here on Tuesday and Wednesday nights when they have free dryers. It didn't used to get so crowded but lately there are no carts available, no dryers available to dry your clothes and slim pickings on the washers. People come in here and use 5 or 6 washers and dryers at a time. Also way too many people crowded into a small space. I will continue to come back here because the equipment is good and the place is super clean but I'm going to avoid free dryers days. My suggestion, is pay a few extra bucks for the dryers and come on a less busy day like Monday or Thursday . It's not worth my time to save $2. They also have a wash and fold service, never used it but might try it out in the future. read more

I am a travel nurse from Texas (far far from my bubble) & landed a guesthouse Fromm feb2020-December2020 which was walking distance to this laundromat. I can't help but spread the word on how clean, attentive, polite and kind the staff are. I just spoke with co-owner Jackie today and she is obviously installing the laundromats core values into precious employees such as Consuelos, my night shift laundry buddy! She's the best! Long winded but had to brag on my fav stop for laundry! And any nurses out there travel- not- we are all exhausted and I've decided to take advantage of the 24-48 hr turn around fluff & fold service! I am dropping Off. my weeks laundry with Consuelos in a bit So happy to have found them! !!! read more

This PLACE! Let me tell you. I have been going her for a little over 6 months now and I will NEVER go anywhere else. There drop off service is BEYOND amazing. The ladies who work here are sweet, kind and do a wonderful job. They always make sure my clothes are folded nice and take their time. I have never loved a place so much. They save MY LIFE! I work full time and I don't have a washer or dryer. I am GRATEFUL for laundry LOVE! Owner is awesome TOO! He always responds to his phone calls and if there is an issue they got you! Clean place too if I had time I would do my own laundry HERE. Great positive VIBE! read more

I always come there to either do my own laundry or do the drop off. The ladies are sweet and kind. My clothes are always perfectly folded when I do the drop off service especially during COVID. read more

This is my new go to spot for laundry. The lady in charge was very helpful and I kinda wanted to speak against all the negative reviews on her on this page. She was very helpful and I think a lot of people give her negative reviews because she closes the doors after a certain point and some people still washing she lets finish up and people still come by past 10pm trying to get in which she doesn't let in because new loads are not allowed past that point. That's super reasonable. She constantly keeps the place really clean. The bathrooms are super clean and the machines very new. There's maybe 1 or so machines out of order. The area has plenty of places to eat around the area. I kinda don't want to recommend this place because I hate packed laundry mats and I don't want it to get super crowded. But I gotta because it deserves the credit. There's also free drying on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so yeah that's a huge plus. read more

I come and do my laundry here every week . I was just there on 9/13/20 Sunday . So i put my clothes in the washer and then go to the liquor store across the street and then come back . Then I realized I was missing my $600 dollars that I had in this little coin purse I had ? So freaked out went to the liquor store thinking I dropped it there . Nope not there came back and asked the laundry lady who's literally the same lady always there when I go . She then tells me yes she found it in the basket. Honest worker and lady . Don't know her name but that's very kind of her . Nowadays not a lot of people who are trustworthy but she is . She saved me from having a heart attack thank you read more

This place use to be better. They have had the Free dry on Tues/Wed for a while. Lately, if your dryer stops for more than 5-10mins, they just move your stuff. I have seen other dryers stopped for more than that amount of time but they always just seem to move my stuff. With COVID, I really don't want others touching my stuff. Might have to stop coming here. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would! This place is the worst!! You have to watch your clothes *like a hawk* or the wench that runs this place will take it upon herself to remove them, even if you're a minute or two over. I don't even let my husband touch my clothes; I definitely don't want some handsy stranger with her paws on my lingerie! What an invasion of privacy!! Clearly they give zero sh!ts about their customers and their privacy! I stepped out to woof down my dinner briefly in the parking lot and came back to my clothes strewn about in those obnoxious baskets all over the place in people's way. There was hardly anybody there at the time so there were *plenty* of open machines (despite the *tons* of broken or bleach-stained machines they have every time I go in there!) ergo, no need to clear mine out. This place sucks and I won't be returning or giving them my business again! 100% not worth the free dryers! read more

This place is a joke. It is 70% more expensive than any laundry mat around and even charges you to use the bathroom. You aren't even able to unload your laundry from your car with the provided carts because they purposely make them too large to fit through the door outside. read more

What a perfect combination of laundry mat and laundry service. To say I was surprised to be doing laundry in LA is an understatement. My only real challenge was finding change for a large bill but even that was solved almost immediately when I ask d the mind woman there where I could find an ATM. And guess what? It's in the middle of the parking lot. A BofA ATM. I'm guessing I would be the first person to ever give that ATM a five star review but when you need change it's good. Then I needed to break a twenty and yes that lady inside the May could have done it but then with a cursory examination of the surrounding area I discovered a .99 cent store. Yup. Right across the street. Yup. And they sold laundry detergent and fabric softener. I was thinking that it would be more expensive in the laundry mat so I ventured across the streets like forger only to discover that the .99 cent store had the same pricing as the amazing Laundry Love. So I broke the crisp twenty and went back to LL. I then washed and dried my clothes. Warning!!!! The dryers are HOT. Don't waste quarters like I did. Everything came out crisp, dry and smelling good. Now back to work. Thanks Laundry love! read more

Laundry Love - Right side, sitting on the benches in front of the establishment.. - Laundromat Near Me - Burbank, California

Overall this place is great - I come here every week yo do laundry - machines and the place itself are both very clean - the only problem i have are the $3 washing machines that add time in the middle of the cycle for no discernable reason. It's happened to me multiple times - I'll start two loads at the same time and one of the machines will invariably add an extra 12-15 minutes to the cycle. It's frustrating when you have limited time to get this chore done, but it's probably bad on water consumption as well. These machines really need to be replaced. While they cost me time, they're probably costing the business money in regard to their water bill.... read more

One can only imagine that it was a superior establishment, like Laundry Love, that propelled George Jefferson and his flock from the depths of poverty, to the economic stratosphere of New York's upper East side. In the world of laundromats Laundry Love is truly a diamond in the ruff! A young family came in and bought it a few years ago and completely remodeled the store. Complete with all new state of the art washing machines and dryers, auxiliary water heaters to make sure that there is an ample supply of laundry cleanings all important extra hot water! I have always loved supporting family businesses and when I see the owners little children excitedly refill the vending machines, It reminds me of everything that this country used to and still should stand for(I.e. God, family, and country). God Bless Laundry Love for it's proud representation of not only America but more locally, the city of Burbank. For-me it's more LaundryHeaven then Laundry Love read more

As far as the fluff and fold goes, the woman was very kind and did a good job. Which is why it makes this even more weird. I'm giving this place a 2 star rating because the woman working the fluff and fold gave her friend my phone number and told her I was looking for a cleaning lady. Just to clarify, I only gave her my number on the form I had to fill out for the laundry to get done. When the woman called I didn't think much of it, I just told her that I was not interested. She called me back multiple times, texted me late night at all kinds of hours and was trying to bully her way into my home. She told me multiple times, no you're Stephanie, __ at Laundry Love gave me your number and told me you needed a cleaning lady. She even argued with me about it on the phone. It made me super uncomfortable and that is why I will never go back to this place. We were so excited to find a place near home that was reasonably priced and they did a good job, but after this run in I refuse to go back. My phone number should have never been used for anything other than to call me about my laundry. read more

My washer recently broke so I've had to find a laundromat. This is a nice one and pretty affordable. I love that they have several sized washers. It is maintained well and the attendant was very nice and helpful. I usually go early mornings on Saturdays or Sundays and it hasn't been crowded at all. It's clean and there were only a very few washers and dryers that were out of order. I also like that the machines are coin operated. It helps me keep track of how much I'm actually spending. I will continue to use this laundromat as needed and would recommend it to others as well. read more
