They pick up and dropp off my clothes after washing them. I love this service. And they always follow up to make sure everything went well!!

This place has went down hill in the past few years yet they continue to take customers money. I get to the place and they only take cash. I have to pay a $2.75 ATM fee. The atm also charges a $1 inquiry fee but you have to pay the fee regardless if you inquire your balance or not and if you forgot your pin and it's denied, they charge you another $1! Then, their machines do not give change so you have to go to another store to get change!! Ridiculous. I spoke to manager and she did give me a $10 credit which is the only reason I didn't give them 1 star. Save your money and go elsewhere ! read more

This place is full of false advertising. They promise a 30.00 credit if you use their pick up and deliver service which I did. Now I have to chase them down for my credit. They claim to use gain, but they don't. My clothes came back that damp dank smells like they sat wet. They promise a service which took 5 days. I got the run around, spoke 4 different people but no manager. Stayed on hold for45 minutes still no manager. All they had to say is they were not able to give credit at this time due to slow business. But to ignore a regular customer is bad business periodt. So before using this service make you count your articles. Get receipts for everything signed. Because it's your word against theirs and they are shady. And never give the open credit card for them to use at will. They tell you it's their policy, say no. read more

I found myself in a pinch. My clothes were way backed up. A dear friend told me to call Laundry City. They picked up five bags and brought them back washed, dried, and folded. This laundromat is dirty... it was clean when it first opened... now it's trash!!! Only half of the dryers work.. if that. The lint traps should be cleaned out.. I shouldn't have to ask for them to be cleaned but I do... I'm fed up and never coming back to this shit Wish I could give this place a 0 I tell the worker that the lint trap needs to be cleaned... she did clean it but the dryer keeps stopping... she says.. I recently moved to Columbia from MoCo. I have used a laundry service for year's so I decided to try Laundry City. First, they overcharged me by $28.00. Then they showed up at my door without my laundry and then 4 hours later they bring some of my stuff but apparently lost my stuff too and didn't really fold my clothes and most of the things were returned inside out. Our first time using LC services. My daughter Olive HBCU laundry equipment has not installed in the dorms. I contacted MONET & her professional demeanor was customers satisfied. The driver contacts you when near your destination. We used their pick-up/drop-off wash & fold service. Phenomenal we are on their biweekly service until installation occurs. I own an assisted living facility in Anne Arundel county. I also use to manage several in Baltimore county. I used laundry city many times in the past when our washers went up. I called them Friday almost a week ago to schedule a pickup in Anne Arundel county. They told me it would be picked up on Tuesday and returned Wednesday. Nobody picked up on Tuesday, nobody called me. When I called Wednesday they said they no longer service that area, although that's not what their website or voicemail says. They told me they would make an exception to the rule and pick up the laundry but they arrived at a different location in Pikesville. No return phone call, no pickup read more

I raved for weeks to everyone about the business. Clean, reasonable prices, 2019 compatible, and convenient. As with most businesses there is a vision and they rely on people who aren't capable of executing the vision properly. I came to wash and today was the become a vip member day You have to get the new card, give your information or you can't sit here. In 2019 people don't like that they don't have options especially when it's a service they are paying for. I go to get the card and i specifically ask will my number be used for anything. I am told no. I give the number, the attendant asks do you have your phone on you. I didn't it was in my car. She says.... i have to call to verify it is your phone number. I JUST ASKED WOULD MY NUNBER BE USED FOR ANYTHING. BUSINESS OWNERS YOU MUST DO BETTER. SPEND THE MONEY. HIRE A COMPANY TO EXECUTE YOUR MARKETING. THE LADY WHO FOLDS CLOTHES COULD CARE LESS THAT YOU'VE LOST A CUSTOMER... until they realize how much influence this customer actually has. I used this service for my mother(for the first time) because she had a lot of things to wash because of COVID-19 and as well as being a older woman she wasn't able to shuttle back and forth to the laundromat. But long story short, I told my mom to call and place a order for pick up. She was quoted a pick up time between 6p-8p for Saturday evening. Well the driver didn't arrive until 11:20p.m. That night, The reason I know was because I came to pick up my son around that time. She handed him the laundry and asked what time will it be dropped of in the morning? His response was "I dunno" I asked was there a particular reason he was late he just gazed at me with glassy eyes and said he didn't know! So he proceeded to take the laundry and leave. The following day I came pass to check on her (and take her to the market)she explained to me that she got into a verbal dispute with one of the workers there when asking about the drop off of her laundry. She asked me to call and speak to her because she was frustrated, So I called after 4 tries I finally got through! I explained I was calling on my mothers behalf and wanted to get to the bottom of things. Before I could say anything more she got very hostile and spoke in the rudest manor! I had to tell her it's no need to get hostile I was just trying to get a underdog what happened. So with that being said I asked to to speak to the manger because this was getting me "No Where" after being disconnected several times and a few smart remarks made on her behalf when I called back I finally was put in touch with the manger. I explained to her what took place and she apologized graciously and explained my mom's belongings would be dropped off between 6p-8p yet again! Well here it is 10:07p and the delivery driver just left about 7 minutes ago! And not to rat him out I spoke with him asking what happened to 6p-8p? He explained to me that the person before his shift didn't do any "drop off's" Causing him to have an influx of "drop off's" Also I mentioned calling corporate he said that won't due! It's a very nice upscale facility. However I had money on my laundry card from the Moravia location and they don't work here. The attendant said they are working on integrating the system so your card works at both locations. I was a bit irritated because I had over 40 dollars on my other card and I had to get a new one and put more money on it. Other than that this location is less crowded than Moravia. I hope they continue to open up more locations in the future. These are the best laundromats in the city. read more

They aren't bad you get like 20 minutes of free drying with each wash. My only problems is the area where you sit and charge your cell phone they were only open a month and the charging station outlets was broken or the cords was ripped out. My most recent visit was the complete opposite. I arrived around noon, there were no laundry baskets at the front of the building. the floors were littered with used dryer sheets; there were so many washers and dryers that were not working. read more

The location on Frederick Rd has really fallen off. There are 17 broken washers, 9 broken dryers, a whole section that customers cant even use & then i was told because their sign came off the machine where my detergent etc was in...it was too bad for me. HORRIBLE! read more

I will no longer use the van to wash/dry my clothes. On two occasions, I have been beyond disappointed. On the first incident, I call the West Baltimore location at approximately 430 for a pic up and was told pick up was not available until 630pm, I agreed. At 7p, I got a call that the driver would be coming at 8/830p, which waa fine. I live leas than 5m from the West Baltimore location. The driver showed up at 930p. I washed my clothes and went to the customer service desk at approximately 11pm, only to be told the driver was gone for the night. After ranting and raving, the Manager gave me $6 to get home with my child. Mind it is now 1145p and in the middle of Dec/Jan. I get home to find out that he deducted the $6 from my laundry card which made me further upset bc no one told me that the driver leaves at 11p, including the driver who picked me up late. Now today, I called the West Baltimore location to schedule a pick up at 1230p. I was later called back and told that i would be picked up btwn 1-230p. To my surprise, nobody has showed up or called. Ive called only to be given a later time. I didn't agree to the later time because I dont wanna get stuck like last time. This stuff has got to improve. They were doing so well when they first opened. Business with the van has really gone down. read more

My Family and I were taking a trip up north when we decided to take a break in Baltimore. We had Two days worth of Laundry for six people and this lovely establishment was open 24 hours and we decided to take our chances. The Facilities worked wonderfully well, It had multiple areas to sit and wait while still being able to watch you're laundry, and most importantly it felt safe. The only real issue I had was the fact that the charging stations were broken, other than that it was wonderful. read more

One staff member was very rude, and uneducated on the machines when something went wrong and all she could continue to say was "wait until my manager gets here" i waited for 2 1/2 hours manager never showed then she continued to be rude when i asked her was the manager coming?, Can i get a refund?, Can you fix it? Her solution was to "Pay Again" after she stopped the machine to try and fix it. read more

Today I went to the Frederick Avenue location to drop off my comforter. The cashier had me and another man standing in line while she apparently was on the phone with a customer. Another staff member walked by and I asked her if she could help us. She said she couldn't because the cash register was "tied up" by the other cashier. Of course, I request the manager cause I'm on my lunch break (30 min.) As the manager comes out, the cashier that was on the phone FINALLY gets off the phone and helps the 2 people in line. As soon as the manager goes back into the office, the phone rings again. The same person assisting me answers the telephone, and attempts to assist us both. However, now my transaction has slowed down, because she can't do 2 things at 1 time. This cashier is the worst!!! 20 minutes to drop off a comforter is ridiculous. Btw $50.00 is what I am being charged. I hope the service is better when I return for pickup or they will definitely not get my business again. read more

They were Fantastic!! I screwed up and called the corporate office that they never came to pick up my comforter as I scheduled. The gentleman said he would check it out and call me back. He did call back about an hour later, but in between I contacted my credit card company to remove the charge, which they did immediately. Not more than a minute later did I realize I should check my calendar to make sure I had the right day. To my aghast, I had scheduled it for the following day. I called the credit card company right away but the charge had already been removed. Then, the gentleman called me back, apologizing it took so long to call back. He said it was scheduled for the next day. I was sooooo sorry, I had realized it after cancelling the charge. He was FANTASTIC. They came the next day, as scheduled, the comforter was laundered perfectly and hadn't charged me yet on my credit card. I highly recommend them. Amazing service. read more
