My Washer stopped working recently and so while I am getting it repaired, I decided to come here to do my laundry for the day and almost every machine was defective with no signage to warn us. The worst part about it was that it kept some of my quarters, yes it was only $2.00 however since it cost 8.00 to wash this was 25% of the total cost. All this would have been fine as I know sometimes machines have issues from personal experience as I mentioned above but I was setback by the customer service here and the willingness the employees have to resolve these issues. No I did not want my $2.00 back but yes that would have been nice lol. I brought it up to the personnel cleaning she mentioned that she had no clue it was defective and so I suggested they put a sign on it as a courtesy for other customers, which they did not. She explained nicely that she did not have much authority over anything her only job was to clean which I completely understand but I do think this is wrong that you can not get a hold of any customer service rep or management. So overall not too happy this establishment, I will try again at a later point and hopefully I have a better experience in the future. For now I just wanted to put this information out there as a courtesy to others.

The change machine took my 10 dollars !!!!!!!! and 2 of the dryers do not work.. the number several times and there's no option to leave a message and nobody answers I really hope I get my $10 back and it was actually my daughter's $10 that she offered to use

Big washers for $7.

I hate doing laundry, especially when I have to travel to do it. It is the bane of my existence. And this place doesn't necessarily ease my laundry anxiety. The only nice positive about this particular laundromat is that the machines are relatively big and accepts Apple Pay or credit cards! Even though I don't use that method of payment, i stick to regular good old fashioned quarters cause I'm old school like that, it's nice to have consumer choice. My one big gripe about this place is that the floors are terribly dirty and wet during peak hours or by the end of the day. You have to be especially conscious when unloading from washer to dryer and make sure your clean clothes don't fall onto the filthy floor and contract something of the moldy sort! There's also trash everywhere! They really should have an on site attendant at all times since I'm sure they get heavy volume usage. There's big machines that you can wash your whole closet in for $7 and drying costs $0.25 for 6 minutes. There's also a step stool for us shorties that want to use the bigger machines but are vertically challenged to dispense the soap at the top of the machine. The waiting area has benches. I wouldn't call them the most comfortable or most ergonomic, they have a weird slant to them, but I remain grateful to have a place to sit and Yelp as I wait for my laundry to conclude. In conclusion, it's not the best laundromat but it's not the worst. I have yet to find one that will light my world on fire or make me absolutely fall in love with doing laundry.

Pretty clean place. Plenty of machines. A bit more expensive from other places but this is Menlo Park. It's always not very crowded.

This place is a ripe off 1.00 for 20 mins on the dryer and it it was 8.75 for the big washer i went a couple streets down and it is 6.75 for the same washer and 25 cents for 12 mins i will never come to this place again......DON'T USE YOUR CARD HERE I USED MY CARD FOR THE DRYER WHICH WAS A DOLLER I GOT CHARGED FOR 7.00

I was in a rush that day, so it was really helpful to drop off my clothes and pick them up about an hour later. The second time, I did my laundry myself and was glad to see they have tap to pay and credit card swipe. Super convenient. The place is very clean, which I appreciated. If I dropped a piece of clothing, I didn't feel gross about picking it up off the floor. The washers come in different sizes and prices, so I was able to do fewer loads. There are laundromats closer to me, but this one is the cleanest and easiest to use. Only request I have is to update the vending machine to accept tap to pay, please

It was very shocking to me the way she acted. ===================== Recently I visited this laundromat and had a shocking experience. Unintentionally I was late to pick up my laundry from washing due to house chores, arriving about 1.5 hours later than expected. My stuff was put away, which I had no complaint, and there were quite a few washers unoccupied when I was searching my laundry. Then a female employee (gray hair, short stature) began yelling at me aggressively before I could say a word. I was given no chance to explain and was immediately threatened. When I tried to leave to avoid further conflict, she continued yelling and threatened to call 911. When I turned back toward the store, she photographed me and my car -- including my license plate -- without my consent, while calling me "bitch." When I asked her to stop, she called 911 and told police I had touched her. I did not touch her. What struck me most: she was screaming and threatening throughout the incident, but when she was speaking with police, I could hear her laughing -- completely calm and cooperative. The contrast was stark and deeply unsettling. Police came, heard both sides separately, and asked me not to return. The owner also showed up. When I described what happened, he told me he didn't believe I could have said nothing to set her off -- essentially dismissing my account on the spot and siding with his employee without looking at any evidence. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. I live nearby and I'm concerned about my safety -- she has photos of me and my license plate. Other customers in the area should be aware. What should have been a simple, routine visit, something that could be explained in a few words, turned into one of the most threatening experiences I've had at any business.

Hopefully, they don't ruin it. Thankfully, the owners have been able to fit so many optimal sizes of washers and dryers in this location. Entering the parking lot, the parking spaces are pretty spacious. It's nothing special and definitely nothing too crazy. But it shouldn't be a problem finding parking. I find that if you go early, it's never a problem. Once you enter this location, you have plenty of space as well as seating for however, much time you will be here cleaning/ washing your clothing. Because this is located in a Shopping Center, you have a Starbucks right next to the building as well as a Wendy's, right across the street. That's if you want to get something more for breakfast. Prices are convenient and not too expensive. Unlike, other locations that up-charge on Services. I can confidently say as long as they treat the customers well and keep prices low. This place will stay open and busy.

Ruined my clothes! NO PARKING! Avoid!…read more It's obvious the owner doesn't care about this place at all. They're probably pulling in $400K a year and haven't reinvested a dime. The whole building is rundown and filthy--like it's been slowly rotting for years. The sink doesn't work. There's grime and debris between the machines. It's not just dirty--it feels abandoned. There's no legal parking. None. You either risk a ticket or leave. And to make it worse, they've removed or covered every single electrical outlet. You can't charge your phone. You can't plug anything in. It's petty and strange--and it tells you everything you need to know about how little the owner cares. They're clearly cutting every corner while they sit somewhere nice collecting checks from a bunch of places like this. The worst part is one of the machines had a sharp piece of metal inside that destroyed my clothes and cut my hand. Ugh. This is America. They know there's no competition in the area, so they do the absolute minimum. Don't reward it with your money. This place sucks. Full stop.

Not looking forward to the return trip.
