PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I seriously regret ever stepping…read morefoot in this laundromat. This was my first time here and it will DEFINITELY be my last. One of the machines ate my coins which was annoying, but that is not the main issue. So I went to the counter to ask for help. The main issue is that the older woman at the counter was flat-out RUDE, downright nasty attitude, demeanor, and character. Instead of helping, she gave me attitude, scolded me like a child, and acted like I was an inconvenience. That's your JOB to assist customers, not humiliate them. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager was actually helpful and resolved the issue. She explained the machines only take either coins or card (not both) and refunded me as a one-time courtesy. So clearly the situation could be fixed. Bottom line: that woman should NOT be working in customer service. Her nasty attitude ruined my entire experience. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. This place doesn't deserve your money. ¡¡¡VAYAN A CUALQUIER OTRO LADO!!!

Ruined my clothes! NO PARKING! Avoid!…read more It's obvious the owner doesn't care about this place at all. They're probably pulling in $400K a year and haven't reinvested a dime. The whole building is rundown and filthy--like it's been slowly rotting for years. The sink doesn't work. There's grime and debris between the machines. It's not just dirty--it feels abandoned. There's no legal parking. None. You either risk a ticket or leave. And to make it worse, they've removed or covered every single electrical outlet. You can't charge your phone. You can't plug anything in. It's petty and strange--and it tells you everything you need to know about how little the owner cares. They're clearly cutting every corner while they sit somewhere nice collecting checks from a bunch of places like this. The worst part is one of the machines had a sharp piece of metal inside that destroyed my clothes and cut my hand. Ugh. This is America. They know there's no competition in the area, so they do the absolute minimum. Don't reward it with your money. This place sucks. Full stop.

New staff, and management. I went about a week ago to wash clothes and the lady is moping while…read morethere are customers washing their clothes and barricading them from accessing and getting their clothes from the washing machines. I ignored her because she works for the customers and not for us to wait for her to finish, I also have things to do. She typically mops around 3 hours before closing with bleach and assaulted me with the mop almost putting bleach on my 600$ all black sneakers. I could care less about the shoes but it's the principles of harassing customers about cleaning where machines are being used. Today as I write this she blocks me from getting my clothes that I placed into a machine before she even was at the store, and got mad at me for trying to access my clothes where she had mopped. Again I don't work for her so I will not wait 30 mins on top of waiting the 30 mins it's takes for me to wash the clothes. As I place a load of clothes into the dryer I go back to get a second bunch of clothes and she completely puts her food blocking me from getting my white clothes from the second machine I put my clothes in. She had a history of harassing other customers while machines are in use stating that she needs it to be clean for the next day but she's mopping during rush hours. For the owners of this store I suggest you fire this lady or have a serious conversation with her regarding her actions of harassment.
