The staff said "you need to take off your socks or just buy some socks" I don't wanna buy some overpriced $5 socks just to jump on a trampoline for one hour! Neither do I want to be barefoot because one of my friends had an infection on his foot once and didn't pay for socks. It says the facility is being cleaned lots, but never have I EVER seen eve 1 staff cleaning the trampolines. The trampolines were absolutely dirty. Would not recommend, will tell my friends never to come until this stupid rule is fixed.

My visit was courtesy of a coupon I got out of a book whose proceeds go towards acquiring service animals for wounded vets so kudos to Launchpad for being willing to take a bit of a hit financially to support a great cause! The facility itself is huge with several different games like basketball and dodge ball set up incase you or your little ones aren't into just straight jumping. You have to go in without socks which at first made me a bit leery but upon inspection it looks like they do a decent job of keeping the place tidy. My friend who is a major germaphobe even gave it her stamp of approval which I was not expecting. The staff are friendly (at least the three we deal with were pretty good) I even saw one playing with a little girl who looked to be four or five whose older brothers had left her behind to do their own things. Considering all the staff we saw were also teens that was way more involvement than I had been expecting and I was pleasantly surprised by it. I think my only real complaint with this place is how the timing of the jumps works. As a prior reviewer mentioned your time starts as soon as the band is printed and ignores the fact it takes a person a few minutes to take their shoes off and get a locker. I want to believe they are aware of that and it seemed that way as we weren't chased out right at 7 but it also was not busy when we went so they make be stricter in peak hours. All in all it was a cool experience and a great workout! Don't just take my word for it though...pile some friends and family into the car and go check it out for yourself. Happy jumping my friends!

She is very hands on and patient with the little kids. It's very structured and an open and inviting environment. You can also take advantage of their open gym times and have fun playing on all the equipment there with your kids and this is all ages I believe. I can tell the kids just love being able to adventure around the gym. Just wait around for the big foam pit to be open towards the end of Open Gym. It's worth the wait to go and jump around in there. The staff are great, friendly and energetic. The facilities are kept nice, neat and clean.

The gym itself was very clean, organized and quite new. Today, the one staff member at the front desk was very busy getting people checked in and it wasn't clear as to what the process was. We didn't know where to go or the schedule, procedures, etc. Once we got that sorted (a half hour past start time), the students were organized into groups and rules were reviewed. The coaches seemed really energetic and positive. My daughter was very shy getting started, but they quickly got her busy having fun and she didn't even notice me leave. So, despite the disorganization first thing, a fairly positive first impression. Looking forward to tomorrow!

We took our kids for the first time at ages 3 and 5 and they had a ball! Come early and get an early bird price! I believe it's slightly lower priced until about 10/1030am. And coming first thing gives you the place to yourselves to enjoy. The climbing structures are intense, so many turns and little hidden areas. Hence you can loose a little one in here and not see them for awhile. I liked how it was connected across the top with a path over to the jumping pillow and trampoline area, which you can also access via the stairs. The foam pit and trampoline area is so much fun, my kids spent a majority of their time here. Definitely still need to come up and supervise your kids, but I found most other kids were cautious of little ones and well behaved. The foam blocks also all have covers on them. The kids also enjoyed the arcade zone, which was quite popular with the older kids. Looked like they had a good selection of prizes too. Only saw one game not working. Food wise they have a good selection of deep fried goodness, also some healthy options too. We got the popcorn chicken combo- comes with half popcorn chicken, half fries and a juice box. It was recommended as the best deal. The mozzarella sticks were tasty and came with an interesting tomato Bruschetta kind of sauce. Outside food is not encouraged.... I loved seeing the massage chairs for the adults to enjoy for $1. Plenty of parking out front.

I found it funny watching parents follow their little ones into the mazes/netted play areas. There are areas where you can lose sight of your kids. I can see why parents would want to stay super close to their young kids in a crowded place like this. I found that there were a variety of activities/play areas for the kids to explore. This venue is quite large and spacious. I appreciated the toddler play area. For the most part my son was surrounded by kids close to his age. The play area was padded and soft so I wasn't worried about my son hurting himself. We spent about 1.5 hours here. This was pretty impressive considering our son's nap time was around this time. He had a wonderful rest after all the excitement! There's so much more to check out. We will definitely have to come back!

Lots of different gymnastic activities and equipment here with staff in room as spotters and supervisors for children, although some adults were trying out different equipment too. Even my toddler had fun playing despite not being able to use most equipment properly. There are 2 separate activity rooms with bleachers for seating. Birthday party room has a microwave & fridge for edibles... and is also a good space to keep coats. Party for 10 kids starts at about $150 for 2 hours, and is about $10 more for each additional child. The space was loud due to the inflatables. Great for older kids, not so welcoming for the little babies and moms who just want to get together and chat more so. My baby was around 14 months old when we went and he was too small for this space so that is probably influencing my rating and I think an older active kid would probably enjoy it more. To go up the gymnasium portion and slides I had to help my kid along. The little baby area he wasn't really into I think because the toys either were not working or because of the inflatable motors he couldn't hear them. The other interesting thing here were so carousels (coin-fed rides like you used to find in the malls) but you had to pay extra to enjoy them. As with most indoor playgrounds there is a strict no outside food and socks rule. One nice thing about this place was the abundant parking. This place is in the Deep South on Edmonton so if your near this area it's a close option.

And the group we came with chose it because it is actually smaller than many other similar indoor playgrounds meaning that we can better keep an eye on the kids without having to chase them nearly so much. There are also some pretty neat aspects: a couple good bouncy castles, lots of loose toys to play with (especially for the very little kids) and lots of good eating areas for parents to lounge and connect in. The actual huge climbing structure is well constructed and great for the kids. And there's a fancy delivery robot so this place really has a little bit of Asian kitschy feel to it. But the downsides are that the place happens to feel a bit rundown in places. The entrance has that feel occasionally. The coin operated rides are annoying if you don't happen to have multiple loonies on you (only the claw machine took a toonie insofar as I could tell)... and there are lots of potential add-on charge items like the rides and the games and the toy dispensers. I didn't partake in their menu as we chose to go elsewhere to eat after lots of playtime for the kid, but overall our trip here was excellent. The door was a bit confusing to the building but the parking seemed ample on the Sunday morning when we visited. Operational hours are limited but that's actually kind of okay for an indoor playground space like this one I think.

The class structure is easy for kids to understand and really helps them build confidence and motor skills. I can't say enough for this program. It's so beneficial for young kids and the enjoyment you see from the staff and the kids is proof enough that this place rocks. Just some notes for new parents who enrol their kids: 1. If you are going to watch your child, be courteous to pregnant women and give up your chair so they can sit. The viewing space is small so if you are going to spend all your time on your phone and not watching, leave the area to those who want to watch their kids. 2. Take off your shoes when you go into the viewing area. 3. Leave your stroller in the hallway or outside the main doors. 4. If you have to accompany your child in a class, be respectful of the instructor and the other adults with kids. Don't let your child wander around the place while the instructor is trying to demonstrate the next station to the kids. 5. Have as much fun as your child.
