Got free tickets to a 7pm Friday night showing and had an AMAZING time! They serve food and alcohol, all at very reasonable prices. There's a two item minimum per person, which is not a huge requirement. The two hours show went by quickly because the comedians were super funny and kept us laughing from beginning to end. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The revenue was very clean and there's free parking available on the street, and well as at the rear parking structure.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Since it's located in the heart of downtown Covina, there's a huge selections of bars for you to kill time before & after the show. Laugh Factory is definitely a 8/10!

The Laugh Factory stands out for its theater/orchestra style seating. There's private seating/VIP as well as seating on the actual stage. We visited on 9/6 and saw 4 comedians. It was pretty cool, just wish the sets lasted longer. Sean Grant was hilarious! He was super personable as well and allowed us to take a photo with him. Tickets were around 120 for two, with a 2 drink minimum. We also ordered chips and salsa, which was pretty good. Very cool venue with ample parking in the back. Can't wait to go back!

We really liked the decor, an old art deco design movie theater from many years ago, with a good design and upgrades. The comedians were decent, with Sean Grant being the best one- he went on last. Two drink minimum, as is usual at comedy clubs. We were on the VIP list, Two at a table on the upper deck on the side. We really liked the seating, as it was private. We will return soon- we liked the bars and restaurants along the street from the club. The only thing that I didn't like was that we spent over $120 for our seats and the show was barely one hour. Perhaps add a bit more time to the sets, so we can finish our drinks.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The venue is amazing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They revamped the old school theatre into a venue that shows mostly comedy shows.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Laura and Harry are outstanding hosts. They really go the extra mile to make sure their patrons are having a great time. Laura saw that we had a limited view up in the balcony and moved us up to the gold circle seats on the stage. She really made the night special for us. My wife really took a liking to her. We will definitely be back soon for future events!

Found parking behind the building at the structure and it was free. My sister invited me to the Laugh Factory to see Erik Rivera. I had no idea who he was, but by the end of the show I was a fan. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The theater is really nice and I asked my sister if she had been here before and she said she saw the film Grease here, back when it was a movie theater![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They oversold the show and we just barely made the cut and got a table inside towards the back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a great view and we were able to eat and drink with enough room for everyone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Page with the cool hair was our server and she was very attentive. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and it came with buffalo sauce instead of marinara. I asked one of the younger guys handing out everyone's food to please get me marinara instead and he said something about the chef and then walked off and never returned with the correct dipping sauce. I'm not a fan of eating at comedy clubs, but I'll do it since there's a two item minimum, but the fact that the guy just walked off and not come back with an apology or the correct sauce is enough for me to just stick to water. Overall, great venue, the host and the comedians were excellent, Page was a great server, but the food was lacking.

Hmm, where to begin.. Well it's first come first serve seating so get there early if you want to get seats in closer to the front. Unless you get VIP seats, you go in a separate line that gets to go in first. The place it self was nice, cozy, and kind of cramped. It can get cold so bring a jacket if you get cold easily. This place requires you to buy two things off their menu. Which.. honestly kind of threw me off because you have only one cup holder and if you're not sitting in the front you don't have a table so you if you want to order food then you don't really have space to enjoy your food. But I ended up getting two drinks a $6 virgin margarita and $6 ginger beer. Which I didn't really enjoy having to hold a cold drink in a super cold theatre after coming in from the cold rain. The service was not bad but I heard a server tell some other customers as they were paying that their bill "didn't include tip." The whole two items required per person really just threw me off because I came for the comedy and we didn't want to be rude and refuse drinks.. because would they kick us out for not wanting to order? I'm not sure and I didn't want to find out. And on top of that, the server was pressuring some people to tip? It just didn't feel very welcoming

View from the "VIP" seating. Not worth it. Seats are too far deep.

Had general admission tickets to see Saturday nights show. As we're lining up to have our tickets collected by Laura we get told we've been upgraded to VIP booth upstairs for free and to follow a gentleman up the stairs to be seated. Opening acts come on, there's a two item minimum we order with our waitress Sarah. About 30-45 minutes into the show Laura frantically approaches our group and says the ppl who bought the VIP seats are here and we need to move. She gave us options which were to sit on stage or to sit in the back to watch the show via the TV monitors. The whole show was a sold out so there was no more floor seating and that she said there were 10 other ppl after my group of 4 wait listed for open seats. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My group was hesitant to sit on stage bc it's a comedy show and ppl up close may be called out by comedians which wasn't something we wanted to deal with.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As my group was trying to figure out what to do bc another option was to split our group up. We took too long for Laura because she then tells us she's going to have to call security to kick us out if we dont make a decision RIGHT NOW. HUH? We had tickets to see this show and because Laura doesn't know how to manage the seating chart by giving away seats that shouldnt be given away we're being threatened to be kicked out?? I was pissed. We bought these tickets to see this show and by poor planning on her part we're now being threatened to get kicked out bc we didn't answer fast enough. John and other John attempted to salvage the situation for us but at this point I'm done. We're missing the show and if I wanted to watch the show on TV I could've stayed at home and watch YouTube clips with a better experience. John gave us comp tickets to any other show and gave us 10 percent off our drinks (bc the drink money goes to the comedians). So thanks John yout efforts were appreciated but I'm not going back.

So nice to have a comedy place nearby. We enjoyed the show, the seating area (no bad seats), and service. We only had beer and shared some chicken tenders and fries, which were okay...nothing to brag about. Their menu is limited, so future outings we'll have drinks only. Our server was friendly and prompt. The comedians were funny and we plan to go back.

You can see we were by the entrance where the comics come to the stage. It's Phil Medina on stage doing his thing.

My Dad was a stand-up comedian, so I grew up going to shows. I have very specific ideas about what makes a good experience. I like the new location for some reasons like easier parking, inside lineup which is good in cold or rainy weather, etc. It's still small on the scale of some clubs, so you won't be too far away from the action. Usual two-item minimum, which is standard. They kept the pizza menu from before, so decent options for food. My friends ordered breadsticks, and those were pretty good. My usual at comedy is a dessert and a coke, so I tried the chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. It was good, a large portion, and the raspberry helped cut through the intense chocolate flavor. It looked like a much better deal than the piece of cheesecake that the next table ordered. They have free offers for people on the mailing list from time to time, and some larger name comedians. Our show was postponed last-minute, so they gave us free admission to the replacement show.

The lineup and head liner, Craig Robinson, seemed promising....sadly, that was not the case. We arrived at 7:25 PM (doors were supposed to be open at 7:15 PM). We were told to come back in 10-20 minutes. There was no line or people in sight. We went in close to 8:00 PM and in total we were about 15-20 people spread out in seats. There were probably like 200 seats plus booths. I looked at their IG page and this show was not promoted at all. By the end of the night I think only like 10-15 of us remained (including staff). The comedians really didn't seem like they wanted to be there and sadly Craig Robinson spent his entire set sitting at his keyboard playing random songs. He must have scrolled through his phone like 15x looking for jokes and nothing was landing. Every single comedian told D jokes, which I don't mind them here and there but it was excessive from all of them and just not landing with the 15 of us there. I've been to many comedy shows and this was just awkward. Drinks are overpriced and there wasn't food...maybe a cheese thing, but that's all.

Parking was easy--we skipped driving around looking for a spot and parked in the structure directly across the street. Best of all, parking was free. We had general admission tickets, which required a two-item minimum purchase per person. Since we arrived close to showtime, we ended up seated toward the back. We could still see the stage, but the lower table section definitely offers a better view. The food was decent--pricey, but decent. You can either order through a server or scan a QR code and order from your phone. Our server recommended ordering through her, but after waiting quite a while for a beer, I switched to ordering online. Since all they really had to do was bring the food out, I tipped 15%. We ordered the sliders with fries and the chicken quesadillas, both of which were good. Our other two items were a beer and bottled water. I also noticed other guests ordering burgers and desserts, which looked pretty good. The overall design is very similar to the Irvine location. The restrooms were nice, but they were a bit messy because the seat-cover dispensers were difficult to use. There were pieces of paper covers scattered around several stalls. Other than that, the bathrooms were fine. We came to see Tumua, and I'm glad this was the venue where we finally got to see him perform. Great location, good atmosphere, and I'm happy we got the chance to check out this Improv.
