The VIP seats are small private room on the second floor, they have two of them as far as I saw. We had a small table for our food and drink orders for the comedy show. We had great views of the stage for both occasions. There is restroom on both floors. Both shows were entertaining, worth the price of admission. We will try to make it to other events at this venue. Food is a bit overpriced. I would recommend, if it's not a long show, get the chips and fries with a drink for both. The comedy shows require a two item minimum. Otherwise, great time for all!

Upon arriving, we were greeted at the door and given brief instructions and directions. The hosts were quite friendly. Upstairs is a cocktail lounge, with a bar and tables. It overlooks the theater seating area. Downstairs is a snack bar and the theater itself. The play was fantastic . The performers were professional quality. The dancing and singing was very good. The choreography was done well. The prices were quite reasonable. I will be back!

He is a little obsessed with Christmas and the Citrus College Theater but why not?? The theater is beautiful and comfortable, complete with a symphony pit that rises up and down. It is a beautifully modern building with its entrance flanked by a couple vertical mosaic tile "pictures" of trees, one of which is my cell screen saver I liked it so much. See picture. The production is about 2 hours plus about a 15 minute intermission, not too long, not too short. And the intermission breaks the show into two parts, the choir and bells performance of the Citrus Singers first followed by the year's Christmas play complete with appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus. I'm a 52 year old man and I thought I'd never say this but the choir and bells performances are wonderful. Maybe I'm getting old! No, seriously, they performers are fantastic and I absolutely love how the director and his assistant (?) vary the songs ever year with new and creative arrangements. They even did a mashup kind of thing with overplaying verses of two classic Christmas songs. It is truly amazing how the performers remember all the nuances and keep up with zero .mistakes year after year. My absolute favorite part of the first part of the show is when the director adds some comedy into the mix and has the new performers overemphasize their lack of experience and how the senior performers are rather blasé about giving yet another performance year after year. Come on, that's funny! Oh, and how one performer sits and waits to play her one bell note. Okay, it's cute. I also like how they've added some very creative percussionists and dancers at the end of the first half, too. This year's play is called "Christmas is..." and as I type, you've got 3 days left to see it! It is a very cute and creative play involving performers playing various candy bars you know and love as the plot thickens in the Land of Candy. I will leave it at that so as not to give too much away. Again, the length of each performance is perfect because I tend to get antsy. My kids (13 & 16) also loved it and look forward to the play every year. Tickets range from a very reasonable $17-$35 and I think you'd have a good seat anywhere although my BIL always chooses the front or 2nd rows. We also went to see a Rock Band do cover songs back in February this year and it was also great and you can see that my son absolutely loved every second of it. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND for some near professional quality theater.

We had front row and everything about the evening was perfect. The venue is located on the campus of Citrus College (Glendora). Pretty typical of a venue...clean, spacious, welcoming staff and I saw that there is very generous legroom between each row so you're not packed in like sardines. Each row seemed a bit stacked so sightlines are also good. I would say it holds 1000+ patrons. Tip: free parking if your show is an official part of their calendar! It seems that they do have some well-known performers from time- to-time. I would definitely return to this lovely local venue!

This place is NOT for everyone. The people that are here are very specific and they come here to get away from the rest of us. I'm ok with the that. My mistake was thinking this place was friendly to everyone else. Do you want to watch angry young white men get blackout drunk while swinging real sharp metal swords? This place is only for young white people who want to pretend they live in Lord of the Rings. Most "festival" vendors are cash only. Bring cash in advance unless you want to spend hours in line for one single ATM available for thousands of angry people. Except that there is nothing here for you to buy unless you want to dress up like Legolas from Lord of the Rings. I used to like LOTR until I came here. If you are a family looking for a wholesome place to do activities, DO NOT COME HERE, go to the County Fair, Medieval Times, or even your local farmers market. This place is for drinking, undressing, showing off, being judged loudly and publicly and going back to a time in US television where only white people exist. For the rest of us who live in LA. There is nothing here for you. There is nothing to do, nothing to eat. All the shops only sell costumes and accessories for you to choose a Lord of the Rings tribe. A vendor snapped at me because I wasn't interest in Elvish leather armor but instead asked if they had modern men's leather accessories. J.R.R. Tolkien would probably be horrified at what this subculture has become. Angry and unwelcoming. It was very expensive for me and my family to even park and come here. We didn't have LOTR costumes on so we were ridiculed and made felt to be unwelcome the whole time. Staff seems to be trained to make rude comments about normies not in costume. We were ridiculed Very loudly and publicly by their preferred type of visitor and vendors. I'm not interested in dressing like an elf or a fairy. Not going to apologize for that. The food options are only "true to middle earth" so they only serve nacho cheese drenched science experiments and plastic bottled water because that's what they ate in middle earth apparently. They're ok with playing pretend with that but they weren't ok with us not being dressed up in costume. The place is extremely crowded but there is no attempts at crowd control. There are tons of young angry white men walking around with authentic swords and weapons "cosplaying". I'm ok with seeing that at Disney because I know they're paid actors with a code of conduct. These are real people armed with real weapons and drinking real alcohol. This is not family friendly. The County fair has an area for children to play medieval dress up and play. That's cute and wholesome. Not when adults mix alcohol and real weapons of war. The amount of money it cost to bring my family here and be humiliated would've been better spent buying them a new PlayStation 5. $50+ per ticket and parking is an absolute nightmare. Pay separately for parking. This place is NOT "15 minutes East of Pasadena". That should've been my first red flag.

APU has a pretty decent theater department, so it is usually a pleasurable and esthetic endevour to go see a production at the Warehouse Theater. Now, remember, all actors and most people involved in production are students, so there can be "oopsies", but you just have to give them grace. They have done so many things in the past, and I am always happy to go out and support them. After all, where in the SGV can you get theater for 10-15 bucks? There are usually about 5 productions during a school year, and you can see what is featured during the season here: http://www.apu.edu/cma/vpa/theaterfilmtv/theater/season/ Theater nights are Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 pm with occasional Sunday afternoon (2 pm) showings. You can buy tickets online, beforehand at the Felix Event Center, or on the night of the performance at the theater ticket office (though they can be sold out). The auditorium is pretty cozy, and they offer beverages and snacks before the show and during intermission. There is plenty of parking and friendly faces : ) Go check it out!

Overall, it's an uncomfortable environment where the owners are always yelling/arguing with each other right in front of the parents/kids. I also find it unacceptable the constant yelling that occurs between the owners towards the other teachers. My "1" star rating is based on the following: 1) Unprofessional behavior (yelling/arguing) between the owners. 2) Dirty Bathrooms with no paper towels. Cloth towels are provided, but the same towel is used daily by everyone. Surfaces are never disinfected such as benches, doorknobs, and handrails. 3) Chaos in every recital. Constant changes are rarely communicated. 4) Love the recital but tired of seeing the owner (Geoff) in every other number. I come to see the kids perform, not a 60-year-old man performing with teenage girls. 5) Covid-19 Epidemic: As all the schools, universities, gyms, bars, movie theaters and restaurants closed, owners choose to keep dance studio open putting our kid's safety at risk. When the city placed restrictions, the owner stated they were staying open and simply setting their own guidelines (not adhering to the CDC guidelines) to keep students safe. When the entire state shuts down, how can Dancemaker be the only exception?
