She was excellent in handling all the airfare, cruise staterooms, handicap/ADA assistance for my mom and all airport/cruise/hotel private transfers! Everything she did went flawlessly! There were a few unforeseen/unplanned issues at airport transfers/handicap issues but I'd hire Diana to put correct and she would! If you ever want an excellent travel agent Diana is the one! Bit of background on me- I met Diana and her husband on a recent cruise and exchanged info just in case but usually I book cruises myself (this is the 30th) and Mom wanted a heavy Adratic cruise and I wasn't finding much.. Indeed, on how they managed well of their website, their service on-ground and online exceeded! The tours and guides speaks and understands English well, they were able to give great recommendations and educations to us about pertinent history needed. 2. The hotels were absolutely a great choice, even though we stayed at a budget hotel, it felt like it was not one. 3. Working with Selene as a travel advisor is a truly a wonderful personal experience, even though I didn't met her personally, it felt like she cared so much and that she response as soon as she could with great recommendations and timely information dissemination. Soon, when we get back I/we would personally look for Selene to be our Advisor. 4. I/we would definitely recommend Peru For Less! With a rating of 100/10! Everything was so smooth and coordinated. It really felt like a vacation for us. We didn't have to worry about anything as long as you follow their instructions. Recently returned from an approx two-week trip to Peru (Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley, Lima [again],…read moreNazca, Paracas) organized by Peru for Less. I'd done a cruise before, but had never worked with a tour company---have always been an independent traveler abroad. But for this trip, since we were traveling with a kid to a place we'd never been and had limited knowledge of---and were traveling with another family too---it seemed like a good option. Silvia was lovely to work with, as was the rest of the PfL staff as we organized our trip. The trip had a lot of moving parts, and we had a lot of questions and edits and ideas, and everything came together beautifully. The trip itself (once we got there!---the airlines were problematic but that's not at all PfL's fault!) was absolutely seamless---I mean it. At the appointed times, we'd walk to our hotel lobbies and the tour vans were always either waiting or arriving a moment later, right on time. We never once had to wait or worry. Our private tour guides were outstanding---knowledgeable, friendly (I mean, to the point of buying us local snacks!), charming with our kids, and spoke English better than most Americans do. Special shout-outs to Fabricio (in the Sacred Valley and again in Cusco), Peter (at Machu Picchu) and David (for the food tour in Lima). (Also our guide to the water-light show in Lima, but I'm afraid I've lost his name.) Hiroshi at Inkaterra was also great. Airport transfers were a breeze, hotel check-ins were simple... As far as PfL's arrangements went, I don't think we encountered a single problem. Professional and exacting. Thank you!
