Your recommendations from airfare, ground transportation, resort, and off site adventures were "off the charts awesome!!" After a great flight to Maui, our trip began with us walking down the escalator to retrieve our luggage only to be met by two local Hawaiian women holding up a sign reading "Aloha Daigle Family".....WOW! They adorned each of us with magnificent pink and purple fresh lei's. The kids loved it because the lei's were made of "real fresh flowers Dad" and thought they were extra special because on a flight of over 300 people we were the only family who was greeted in this fashion!!! The rental car upgrade you booked was very very nice and pickup was seamless at Hertz!!! When we arrived at The Grand Wailea Resort and Spa, it was pure heaven on earth for us all!!! The staff was top notch all the way around! They made each of us including my 7 and 9 year old girls feel like royalty!! The care, first class service and genuine hospitality endured us all the entire time we were there!! From the exquisite Ali Suite you recommended (which by the way was incredibly spacious and had unbelievable ocean and sunset views every night ), to the awesome on and off site restaurants on the Island, to the local attractions and private snorkeling/fishing/whale watching boat you set up for us this trip was just absolutely over the top!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend this trip to anyone who is looking for an absolutely first class couples or family vacation!! I would also recommend to them that "YOU" book it!!! Skip once again you knocked it outta the park buddy!!! This vacation is hands down our best one yet!! I first came to know Skip in 2013, when an old friend recommended him after he'd helped plan her destination wedding. Hi Skip Got back last night from the wedding and I just wanted to thank you for all your help and advice!! The wedding was picture perfect, and we couldn't be happier!! It was everything we expected and much, much more!! The travel arrangements went off without a hitch. The ceremony location and decorations were beautiful, the weather cooperated and it could not have been a more perfect setting. All the floral arrangements were stunning. The cocktail and horsduerve reception on the beach with Philemon, the donkey was a big hit! The dinner reception at Tuscanes was exceptional!!!! It was the best meal we had for the entire stay, the DJ was great and the Photographer (Santos) was incredible!!!! All the staff were so helpful, on top of everything, friendly, they made it completely stress free for me! El Dorado Royale is truly beautiful, we want to go back and enjoy some more of the activities, the spa, etc. We had the Lobster Lasagna at D'Italia as you suggested and it was incredible! . The honeymoon guru Austin, Texas Skip Neal is an absolute gem. He really takes the time needed to explain in detail what he is there to do for you, then he listens to your exact expectations of him. He has wonderful customer service and is awesome at being your right hand man when planning a destination wedding (trip for 30 guest). My fiancé and I did a lot of research on resorts in Mexico and a travel agent. It took us months. But finally after a ton of research and reading reviews we went with our hearts, that lead us to Skip and to Excellence Playa Mujeres Cancun, Mexico. By far the BEST two decisions. The resort was everything was imagined plus a ton more. It was way beyond our expectations. Beautiful, amazing customer service, good food, great prices and a FUN, RELAXING time! We've worked with Skip for over four years now and he's helped us plan four vacations in that time span. Every trip he's booked for us (including our honeymoon) was fantastic. I can honestly say we haven't been disappointed with any of the resorts we've visited. On our very first trip, there was a mixup with an excursion we booked in Mexico and Skip worked to ensure we got our money back. He also made sure we had travel insurance on each trip which was helpful for our honeymoon when we unexpectedly had to change our dates last minute. Wow! We just returned from France on 3 week trip. We didn't know how to arrange it, so we called Skip. "Let us see Paris, the South of France, and the Alps, please." He and his colleagues set us up in Paris, Marseilles, and Grenoble. We had walking tours of each place, including a wine tasting in La Provençe. We had train tickets and rides arranged for us. They literally thought of everything, and we did not have to worry at all. Among the things we enjoyed most was an app called GoSiteSee, where the agency loaded our whole trip. It took care of reminding us of reservations, but even better, it gave us a handy set of maps for every place we visited. They were so detailed and accurate that they even showed hiking trails outside of Taizé and Amougny. This trip went so well that we will be back again soon. And next time we have to plan any trip of this magnitude, we will return to Skip, the Getaway Guru. read more

I'm very thankful for Skip as he has helped me create the perfect honeymoon with my wife. The process of getting it all planned with him was very simple and convenient as we did everything through email, and Skip was very helpful answering questions and getting things planned promptly. My wife still talks about the experience and how awesome it was as everyday was planned with something new and exciting to do with just enough time for rest and free time to not feel rushed throughout the whole honeymoon. BEST TRIP I EVER HAD!!!! We used Skip Neal to help arrange a girls trip to Bora Bora. Initially we planned to do a little island hoping, but after meeting with him and discussing our desire for the trip we settled on only Bora Bora. Skip was great! He gave us multiple quotes for each scenario we thought of and worked with us to get our dream vacation. He was up front and honest with us about all parts of the trip. He has visited the island several times and gave us his personal insight and advice for traveling. He got us a great deal with St. Regis over water bungalow that included breakfast buffet. He also arranged our flight from Papette to Bora Bora in a packaged deal. He helped removed a lot of the anxiety of planning and was available whenever we needed him. Skip did a wonderful job helping us plan our honeymoon Greece trip. He worked with us on our budget and the places / hotels we wanted to be in. To our surprise, Skips pricing was more competitive than when we looked on our own. We were expecting to pay a premium for the service he provides. His attention to detail is incredible. He helped us through a few minor issues on the trip and made things easy for us. It really helps to have someone well versed in international travel on your side. El Dorado Maroma was the perfect place for us to go--we were so pleased. We have booked three trips with Skip, and they've all been incredible. The first two were large group trips to Cancun, the third will be to the Dominican Republic. Skip is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns throughout the entire process, up until the day of your departure. We once had an issue with a jet ski excursion at a resort where we paid up front but couldn't find the place once we got there. My wife and I wanted to do a bucket list trip to celebrate our birthdays. We had a great time! We did three excursions and made wonderful memories! Thank you so much for all of your help! Oh and we definitely stayed one of the nicest resorts on the island. We saw a couple of the resorts while picking people of for the excursions and they were definitely not as nice as ours. We did get duped into sitting in and listening to the resort try to sell us their diamond package. When we tried to leave we got major attitude and we just ended up walking out. Lesson learned! Ha! Anyway, we spent a ton of time in the pools, everything was super clean, we kayaked, we snorkeled, we took a stinky mud bath which was a blast, and saw the beauty of St Lucia on two cruises. Hey Skip! We absolutely loved Costa Rica :) It definately was not a relax on the beach type trip, but more of an adventure! We loved the Occidental Grand Papagayo because it was the perfect combination of the relaxing vacation we wanted before Trevor deployed AND adventure. Our favorite tour was def zip lining through the rainforest...what a rush to be 700 feet above ground going 50 mph through a REAL rainforest! We also LOVED our room, it was like a private villa right on the bay! We couldn't have asked for a better anniversary/pre-deployment trip!
