I showed my confirmation but I never made it on the books for the day. I was graciously taken by a stylist after some back and forth from everyone on who would take me. While I was in her chair she had some small talk with me, but not too much (you know some people talk so much they forget they are cutting your hair and go too far, she did not do this). I am a natural dirty blonde trying to get a silver balayage. I showed the stylist photos and she consulted with her fellow stylist what I want and told me they can get very close to what I want. I was also told $175 for a promotional offer. After sitting about 6 hours, it looked very similar to what I had come into the salon with. Nothing close to what I wanted. Also I ended up paying approximately $400 because they needed to use extra product for the amount of hair I have. I was never informed this until checkout.
