The previous plumber insisted that the work could not be done because he believed a universal R10000 valve could not be converted from a 17 Series trim to a 13/14 Series trim without replacing the valve behind the wall. Based on that assumption, he refused to continue and left the job unfinished. The plumber from Acosta, however, was a highly knowledgeable and skilled professional. He immediately understood the situation and completed the installation in no time. Just like that, I had two fully functional showers working properly! Excellent service, outstanding expertise, and great value for the price. Highly recommended!

Anyone who lives in Brickell knows that getting a service tech into these buildings with the parking situation is a total nightmare--but they made it look easy. I called them again today because of this Miami cold snap, and Daniel was a total lifesaver. He was at my place within hours and figured out the issue right away. Turns out, it wasn't even my unit--it was a problem with the building's cooling tower. Daniel literally went out of his way to talk to the building manager and the tech team to get it sorted. To top it off, he waived the diagnostic fee since it wasn't my unit's fault. Just a genuinely nice guy and a great company. I'm never calling anyone else for AC stuff. Period.

From the very start of beginning the process of finding the right AC system, Emmanuel was extremely responsive to all texts and messages, at basically all times of the day. I had a million inane questions and concerns; he answered all of them. We narrowed the list to three 5-ton options. The most expensive one was of my choosing, an American Standard unit, and the other two were a Rheem and a GrandAire (which I hadn't heard of before, it's a subsidiary of Carrier). He recommended strongly that I go with the cheapest one, the GrandAire. He was absolutely correct! It saved thousands of dollars, and it works extremely well. He added a new Nest thermostat, as well. I couldn't be happier. The [minimum 2-year] warranty that he backs up his work with has to be one of the best.
