Unfortunately, my experience tonight was really disappointing. The DJ they hired on 9/11/2026 would…read morenot take song requests, even though we were there for hours. I understand DJs have their own sets, but refusing to play even one reasonable request felt unnecessarily dismissive. What made it worse was having someone from his group come over afterward to tell me not to do that again, while the DJ doubled down on it. That interaction was incredibly unprofessional and left a really bad impression. They should seriously reconsider hiring this DJ again because, unfortunately, they lost my business tonight--and potentially the business of someone who regularly shares experiences with a social media audience. The one bright spot was Gina, who is truly the BEST server. She was fantastic, and I genuinely hate that this experience means I won't feel comfortable coming back. Gina deserves all the credit in the world for being so wonderful.

He likes that they have his beer here so we came for dinner. We sat in the Voodoo Lounge section of…read morethe restaurant. It was a game day atmosphere. We sat at a high top table next to the bar. Our server was friendly and checked on us frequently but not enough to be a pest. I appreciated her cheery attitude. He ordered the rib tip dinner which is slow-smoked pork rib tips in BBQ sauce, dinner portion. I went with a cup of seafood gumbo and the Cajun BBQ shrimp grilled in Cajun butter sauce with garlic, green onions accompanied with French bread for dipping into the sauce. The crusty bread went well with the sauce. I enjoyed my shrimp very much. It could have more taste in the sauce but the shrimp was cooked well so it was not chewy. I also asked for bread for the seafood gumbo. It came with butter and was enough for both of us. The soup was fairly decent. Not the best I've had but I would order it again. The portion was perfect as it didn't fill me up so I was able to enjoy dinner without feeling stuffed. His pork rib tips were divine. Melted in your mouth soft and the bbq sauce was delish. The atmosphere was fun and sports were on the tv screens around the lounge. But it was not too loud in here for conversation. You can also pick songs to be played using the music app. He suggested I use the restrooms in the restaurant portion of the building as they might be cleaner. They have a parking lot and a sign which says not to park on Natchez or Neenah as your vehicle might be ticketed or towed by police. They put up signs to show you which way to enter the small parking lot and which way to exit so be on the lookout for them especially during busy hours. I liked this restaurant and would return.

The venue was…read morefestively decorated, and the patrons were extremely friendly, which made for a great first impression. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by one staff member. I didn't catch her name, but she was dressed in a police costume with pink hair. Her behavior toward our group was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Our group had two tables reserved and several drink buckets placed across them. Without any explanation, the bartender abruptly approached, physically moved my friend out of the way, and began transferring all of our items onto a single table in a very aggressive manner. When we asked why, she stated that one of our tables was reserved for someone else. We showed her the handwritten name cards confirming that both tables were reserved for us. She walked away without an apology or any effort to correct the situation. Later in the night, I noticed her using our reserved tables to cut pizzas for other patrons, something I've never seen in any professional setting. The lack of courtesy and respect was disappointing. While the atmosphere and guests were enjoyable, this staff member's conduct completely overshadowed the experience. I also overheard other patrons voicing similar complaints about her attitude. I hope management addresses this behavior so future customers don't have the same experience. Unfortunately, this was my first and likely last visit
