The lounge is always clean, the customer service is wonderful, and everyone here genuinely knows what they're doing. Tara is usually the one who does my waxes, and she is amazing! I've also had appointments with the other employees, and they've all been so kind, professional, and great at what they do. It's clear that the whole team takes pride in their work and cares about their clients. One thing to keep in mind is that parking is street meter parking, and it can sometimes be difficult to find a spot, so I'd recommend giving yourself a little extra time when scheduling your appointment. Overall, I'm so happy I found this place and will definitely continue coming back!

I didn't try this place originally bc it's off a main street in La Mesa and I always end up going there around busy times, but this time I timed it, so I was able to find parking right out front. She's very nice and sweet, she listens to your brow needs. She even went a step further to ask how I normally put my make up on. I told her I'm not good at makeup at all and she taught me an easy two step way which included a brow tint from Kelly baker (?) that she sells in her shop. She put it on me first of course, so I could see if I liked the product. She also offers lip wax and other services. I forgot to check in ahead of time and didn't realize she was offering a $5 discount on Yelp. So don't forget to check in, she may be offering something. Also she accepts cash or Venmo and I think possibly CC for products that she sells. I should've taken photos. Definitely come visit her!
