I've been looking for a permanent lashes place to go ever since moving to NY from CA. I went to this place for the first time and I got the wispy hybrid glam. To my surprise, it took more than 2 hours to complete. The final result wasn't even that dramatic, very simple natural look, so I'm not sure why it took more than 2 hours. Two days later, I notice the lashes started to fall one by one but I had a busy work week so I didn't pay too much attention until day 5 I woke up and saw a small gap of no lashes on my R eye, which bothered me so much because I had a Chinese new year party coming up. I texted them to let them know If I can come by to fix it but it seems like regardless of the reasoning they still would charge $60 for one week fill. I'm not asking for free service but if the lashes are falling out within 5 days to the point you have empty gaps, I don't mind paying $20-$30 just to fill in gaps. Pretty disappointing. read more

Decided to check this place out on a Groupon. I made an appointment for a Thursday at 5:30. There was a bit of a wait but nothing too crazy. The whole process took about an hour and my technician was very gentle (i.e. no eyelash tugging). The groupon was for 100 lashes per eye but it didn't seem too full. If you want a fuller look, definitely do an upgrade because I did notice some spaces. I went with the D curl 13s, sexy (I believe?). It was a little bit too dramatic for my eye shape in person but in photos, they look great. It lasted throughout most of my two week trip to Bali/Singapore (vacation flex) through extreme heat, humidity, sunscreen, and sweat. I try not to get lash extensions too often because I find that my actual lashes fall out too, so this is a special occasion thing for me. However, I would definitely come back to LashGram for my future eyelash needs, but will go for more lashes per eye. read more

I get my classic eyelash extensions done and I'm always happy with my technician. I like how my eyelashes look natural and voluminous at the same time. The service takes about 1.5 hours and I fall asleep every time because they are so gentle. Appointment times are easy to get for the weekends which is good for my M-F schedule. It always smells good in their office, they have diffusers running. This was the first business where I tried eyelash extensions, so it was a little adjustment to find my perfect length, but I ended up going with 90pcs 10,11,12 length every 2 weeks. read more

Came in on a weekday with little to no expectation and was blown away by the whole experience. My friend and I decided to get it lashes done bc we were going on a trip, as soon as we entered we were greeted by the lovely couple who owned the place, they were so kind and offered us water and candies, later, the lash tech consulted with us of the whole process and recommended the lashes that would best suit our eyes shapes (we wanted something more natural) The place was so clean and sanitized, the lash tech was so gentle that I felt like I was in a spa (I was zoning in and out zzz during the process) lol and lastly, the outcome was so amazing that I couldn't stop looking at myself and blinking. This is a female owned business!!! From what I got out of speaking with technician Ruby, she has been doing this for over 6 years and finally decided it was time for her to shine on her own. She did just that and opened such a spacious place in the heart of herald square which is beautifully decorated! Horrible eyelash quality, they looked so weird and where done very rushed.I got the volume anime set and they where so messy after a few hours when i brushed it every few minute. I took care of them i even bought a lash bath and THEY ONLY LASTED ABOUT THREE DAYS. After three to four days half of them where gonna and after they just kept on hurting my eyes. I paid a total of $150 what a waste of time and money. The service was also very mediocre.The lady was not careful when pulling out the eye tape that she pulled out my actual eyelashes it was extremely painful. When I arrived at the store, the employees could have been more on it. The girl got soap in my eye and accidentally glued a few lashes to my bottom row. The longer lash pieces on the end of my eye have fallen out on one side within less than a week leaving my lashes uneven. When the lashes were done they did look tho. Just wish they didn't start falling out so soon and so unevenly. Not the worst place but definitely could be better. read more

Please spend your money elsewhere. The staff there is friendly and the space itself is decent. Definitely a step above other "mill-like" eyelash places. However, that's pretty much it. My first time getting my lashes done here was sub par but I decided to give it another try as I wasn't sure of the look I wanted. I had been going to the same lash place for years so wasn't sure of my length etc so they were a bit too natural the first time around. Again...a me thing not them. The first time they serviced me my lashes fell out faster than normal but not too too bad. By week 3 they were pretty much all gone. I also made it clear multiple times that my right eye always has less lashes so please be sure to make them even....my right eye was still lack luster. Being that the good outweighed the bad the first time I decided to try them again because I will also note the lashes themselves are softer and more natural FEELING than other places (a con: they clump lashes for certain looks so where the faux lash meets the natural lash it is a bit lumpy) and that was a plus for me. All the concerns I had the first time around are why I won't be returning. This time around I showed them the look I wanted and although similar...still too natural for my liking. Please note I got my lashes done for a second time there Thursday 03/28/24. By 03/31/24 my lashes were pretty much completely fallen out on my left eye. I was on vacation without access to my cellular service and didn't get service again until 04/05 at which I reached out to them and told them the situation. I wasn't aware of a policy so I had no idea they only allow you 2-3 days after your service for a free fix. Regardless, after a week there's no reason why my eyelashes look the way they look and I could understand if I was in the states and had the ability to get to the business to have it fixed but I couldn't because I was away and they should have waived this due to the circumstances. I went to Lashgram to get my lashes done because the "first time customer offer" was too good to pass. I was a bit hesitant at first, but GURLLLLLLL, homegirl did not dissapoint. I have to admit that the responsiveness of the business owner, the cleanliness and decor, as well as the friendliness of the lash technicians could have made for a great experience but the ONE THING I needed was lashes that lasted more than a day! My lashes looked great when I left my appointment but I did notice that a few seemed out of place by the time I got home. I was a little paranoid so I did not touch my face till the next morning when I found a handful of lashes on my cheeks and a chunk missing from one of my lids. I texted Lashgram immediately and I was able to get them refilled and everyone was very apologetic. However, by the time I caught my flight that day and landed at my destination my lashes were looking crazy all over again! They were constantly falling out. She is beyond professional, sweet, and completely listens to what you want not what she wants you to have. I've been to many different eyelash extension places before where you're telling the tech the type of lash you want, the type of curl you want, and the length you want and they completely go with what they think that you should have. Ruby is such a sweetheart and such an amazing last text that I will forever be going to Lashgram. Not only is Ruby a sweetheart and professional, the whole staff is.
