Decided to check this place out on a Groupon. I made an appointment for a Thursday at 5:30. There was a bit of a wait but nothing too crazy. The whole process took about an hour and my technician was very gentle (i.e. no eyelash tugging). The groupon was for 100 lashes per eye but it didn't seem too full. If you want a fuller look, definitely do an upgrade because I did notice some spaces. I went with the D curl 13s, sexy (I believe?). It was a little bit too dramatic for my eye shape in person but in photos, they look great. It lasted throughout most of my two week trip to Bali/Singapore (vacation flex) through extreme heat, humidity, sunscreen, and sweat. I try not to get lash extensions too often because I find that my actual lashes fall out too, so this is a special occasion thing for me. However, I would definitely come back to LashGram for my future eyelash needs, but will go for more lashes per eye. read more

Horrible eyelash quality, they looked so weird and where done very rushed.I got the volume anime set and they where so messy after a few hours when i brushed it every few minute. I took care of them i even bought a lash bath and THEY ONLY LASTED ABOUT THREE DAYS. After three to four days half of them where gonna and after they just kept on hurting my eyes. I paid a total of $150 what a waste of time and money. The service was also very mediocre.The lady was not careful when pulling out the eye tape that she pulled out my actual eyelashes it was extremely painful. When I arrived at the store, the employees could have been more on it. The girl got soap in my eye and accidentally glued a few lashes to my bottom row. The longer lash pieces on the end of my eye have fallen out on one side within less than a week leaving my lashes uneven. When the lashes were done they did look tho. Please spend your money elsewhere. The staff there is friendly and the space itself is decent. Definitely a step above other "mill-like" eyelash places. However, that's pretty much it. My first time getting my lashes done here was sub par but I decided to give it another try as I wasn't sure of the look I wanted. I had been going to the same lash place for years so wasn't sure of my length etc so they were a bit too natural the first time around. Again...a me thing not them. The first time they serviced me my lashes fell out faster than normal but not too too bad. By week 3 they were pretty much all gone. I also made it clear multiple times that my right eye always has less lashes so please be sure to make them even....my right eye was still lack luster. Being that the good outweighed the bad the first time I decided to try them again because I will also note the lashes themselves are softer and more natural FEELING than other places (a con: they clump lashes for certain looks so where the faux lash meets the natural lash it is a bit lumpy) and that was a plus for me. All the concerns I had the first time around are why I won't be returning. This time around I showed them the look I wanted and although similar...still too natural for my liking. Please note I got my lashes done for a second time there Thursday 03/28/24. By 03/31/24 my lashes were pretty much completely fallen out on my left eye. I was on vacation without access to my cellular service and didn't get service again until 04/05 at which I reached out to them and told them the situation. I wasn't aware of a policy so I had no idea they only allow you 2-3 days after your service for a free fix. Regardless, after a week there's no reason why my eyelashes look the way they look and I could understand if I was in the states and had the ability to get to the business to have it fixed but I couldn't because I was away and they should have waived this due to the circumstances. I have to admit that the responsiveness of the business owner, the cleanliness and decor, as well as the friendliness of the lash technicians could have made for a great experience but the ONE THING I needed was lashes that lasted more than a day! My lashes looked great when I left my appointment but I did notice that a few seemed out of place by the time I got home. I was a little paranoid so I did not touch my face till the next morning when I found a handful of lashes on my cheeks and a chunk missing from one of my lids. I texted Lashgram immediately and I was able to get them refilled and everyone was very apologetic. However, by the time I caught my flight that day and landed at my destination my lashes were looking crazy all over again! They were constantly falling out.
