After the one week , I have a gap on the left eye (very minor) but quite noticeable. So I called The salon in order to fill in the few missing hairs. I arrive at the Quincy lash salon and I ask Jenny if she can just fill in the few lashes that were missing. She tells me I need to do a refill for $70 dollars. She continued to say that after two weeks the fill is $80, (it's only been a week so I'm thinking it will be half of what you would pay for two weeks) (would've made more sense. I mentioned I don't need a refill yet, just a touch up of the 4-5 hairs. Literally. Lastly, she ends up actually doing a refill (which I did not need) mounds of glue and extra lashes that I did not need is what I ended up with! Lashes are so stiff at this point that I can't even blink without feeling like my own lashes are scratching my eyeballs. So uncomfortable. When all she had to do was follow the instructions of just a few lashes that I've requested. I felt that this salon was a bit money hungry. If you treat your clients correctly and listen to the style they are looking for, you would have a returning client. Now, because my real lashes have fallen off too, I'm not sure if I'll ever get lashes done again. Watch out ladies.

You CANNOT risk your health for a price. And honestly in the world of lashes the lash bar is the best quality vs price I've ever seen. I decided I was in the lash game for the long haul, so my natural lashes had to be in it for the long haul too. Well luckily Ashley Marzelek has kept my lashes long, thick, healthy, pain free and SAFE. Flawless of course . The only problem is it takes one month to get adjusted to the weight and feel of the lashes. After that you don't realize they're not yours! I could not suggest Ashley more I honestly would be dumb to leave. I tried to leave for a cheaper price once (aka a nail salon ) the money I saved was not worth the pain and aggravation I had to remove them it was horrible! I am a permanent client of Ashley's and I'll stand firm here! After several tries, he now tells me that there is a 50 Dollar fee for a free consult, for fillers and Botox and says that the money will be taken off of services. So I guess if I go to and decide that the spa is not for me, I guess the money then becomes a Tip.!! Just want everyone to know, most spas, the consult is always free.
