What a great experience! Walked in with a friend on a Friday mid-morning and were immediately seated for pedicures. Colors were chosen conveniently at our seats by a book of samples. Both technicians took their time on our nails and were responsive to our requests; our nails turned out great! The salon was clean, well-kept, and well-staffed despite being pretty full (probably at least 20 clients at a time getting their nails done!). We had such great experiences with our mani/pedis that we both decided to get waxing done too. The prices were resonable, and we saved a few dollars by paying in cash. Diamond Nail Spa has super pretty and feminine chairs- the pedicure chairs are jumbo and luxurious! They're so tall too! They don't have a wall to pick a color- you chose from the handheld, plastic wheel of nails. I chose a terra cotta color that I love in some light and hate in other light- it's so orange! But I knew that! Amy is lovely and wonderful and makes you feel so special! I accidentally got a bit of polish on my denim jacket and my nail gal was so sweet to wipe it off (gently). Mind blown! My nails still look great, no chips, and it's been 5 weeks! I got gel, with a chrome finish.. I swear they'd last even longer if I could handle the length. This has been my go to nail salon for some time. They're almost always available, quick, reasonably priced. The space is clean, large, pretty. Great service and pedicures last. throwing off the vibe is the smoke detector that's been chirping for month now. Second time I've been in here and it's the opposite of relaxing when you hear chirping the whole time. Nail polish colors are brought to you on a board. Great concept, but they don't represent the actual color and sheen out of the bottle, so it took multiple boards to and testers to get what I was looking for. I tried this place since it's right next to me and yikes it was the worse nail experience of my life. I don't mean to be mean but I was genuinely scared the entire time the person cut all around my cuticles with the buffing tool to the point that they were bleeding and raw. Came for a pedicure and to remove the dip on my nails. I was seated right away without an appointment. The technician gave me a plastic bag and a bowl of hot water, placed it on my lap, put my hands in the bag and clipped the bag together. I had to scrub the dip off myself. Never in my life have I experienced that. The water was so hot and the smell of the polish remover was making me dizzy. Afterwards I was not even directed to wash my hands, so I washed them in the foot tub... I received the pampered pedicure.. the presentation was very nice with the candles and flowers. Everything was fine until the callus wax remover. She placed my foot in a bag with VERY hot wax. I usually have a high tolerance for pain but it literally felt like my skin was singeing off. It was not relaxing in the slightest and I asked her to not do the other foot because of how hot the wax was. The technician was very nice, but probably won't come here again. read more

First & last time at this location. Went about 1.5 weeks ago and received a refill with gel polish for $30. Regular polish was $18. A bit more than expected, but I don't mind paying that price for quality service. Unfortunately, the end result did not yield a quality/durable product. A week in my nails started chipping!!! At this point, 1.5 weeks later they look like garbage. Pretty much all nails have some sort of chip on them, most are big. Usually gel on my acrylics have to be shaved off with the nail tools, this I will be peeling it off myself and replacing it with regular polish. Only getting two stars because I did like the shape (but I get a basic square shape, so may not say much). Anyways moral of the story is, there gel polish is overpriced and not durable. If you decide to go here get regular polish and just save that $12 for a color change at a better salon. read more

They were really nice, place was clean and professional. Prices were a little high for the quality of work- I had to come back to have my nails fixed. I would recommend a different top coat as polish appears a little dull. They have a wide range of colors so that was nice. There was a slight language barrier with the person who did my toes but we got through it. I was a little nervous when I was in the hands of a different tech doing my hands. I recently started going here. My first experience was amazing. I loved the ambiance, complimentary drinks and the service was great. I received a full set and pedicure. My pedicure was relaxing and they did a great job. My second experience was not as good as the Nail tech seemed inexperienced and kept cutting too deep on my cuticles trying to remove the gel polish. As always, after my service, I gave them my card to pay and went around to give all the techs which was 3 people because the nail tech who started my feet did not do gel polish and I had to wait for someone else to finish my pedicure. My nail broke off a day or two later, so I went back to get it fixed. When I walked in there was this awkward feeling as all the techs started talking to each other in their language and looking at me. The mail tech begins my nails and I'm like what's going on, she just smiles and says nothing. A few minutes later, one of the techs walks over and says oh you know the other day you didn't pay for your pedicure. So now I'm baffled and embarrassed because how tf did I not pay when I gave you my card and tipped 3 people. So she goes I forgot to charge you. Me being me, I'm like let me check my account and if that's the case I'll pay it, because I gave her my card, signed and left. I didn't even check the amount they were charging. I payed them but I did not appreciate how I was treated for their mistake. My third experience, I went in to get my nails done. I asked for a refill and a design. The tech said I did not need a refill but would change the color and add some designs. She recommended 3d designs and some nail decals. I told her I didn't like decals because they always fell off but she assured me they would stay. The nails were dirty by they time I got home. I ended up calling back and asking to get them fixed. I was told to just wash my hands to which I replied if that was a resolution I wouldn't be calling you. I went back and had her add glitter on the 3d designs, some color and a clear coat. Within 3 days one mail broke and the decals and rhinestones started to fall off. This ended up costing me 60 dollars. I went back the following week and asked for a gel polish change on my feet and a refill with a simple design on two fingers. The mail tech that did my pedicure had an awesome personality. However, this service cost me 75 dollars. I really wanted to like this place but my experience has been both good and bad. My best advice is to go on a weekday when they are not as busy, and get informed in price in advance. read more

I went to a different salon to get the gel off and the were confused about what Diamond used on my nails. This is my second time trying this place. First time I got my toes done, the water was cold, the woman rushed my pedicure. She barely cleaned my toes, and even expected a tip right after I told her my sister was going to pay for both of us. My toes came out great but the overall experience was distasteful. This time (pink nails), I got dip for the first time. The woman rushed my set, she cut me multiple times and dipped my nails too much. 6 of my nails are bulky and wonky shaped. Not to mention that under my nails are messy. My sister got the same service, dip. She waited 15 min for someone to attend to her all while soaking her nails in acetone to remove her pervious dip set. The woman rushed her set and took about 20min on my sisters nails, finished before me and I was still waiting for my nails to be done. Will never come back.
