I can usually go at least 6-8 weeks without needing a wax with minimal tweezing maintenance in between. I seek expert help when I notice that my brows are slightly unsymmetrical in photos (see attached) and to the point that I don't know what to do to fix them. I recently moved to the Weymouth area and Kathie's proximity + glowing 5 star reviews suggested she'd be the right one to get me back on track. I requested an appointment here on Yelp and she responded within minutes giving me times to choose from. I saw her the next evening. It's never an easy feat when someone new is about to alter one of your most important facial features, but she made me feel comfortable right away by thoroughly explaining and showing via a mirror not only what she was going to do but also why. We also discussed my medical history that might affect the sensitivity of my skin. She brought out shape ideas that were hiding in my mismatched brows that open up my eyes and frame them even better than before. The result is attached, and I only fill them with powder. He has Monday's off and works the other 6 days. To make things easier, I book my next appointment at the previous appointment. It's a pedicure and eyebrow wax which is the only thing I indulge in. This past Monday I walk in 5 minutes past my appointment time to a women screaming at god knows who on the phone while massaging a customer during a pedicure (how relaxing) and wait an additional 5 minutes which I spend looking for a polish color. A man walks in behind me and asks if I have an appt which I tell him yes but she has not acknowledged me yet so I am just waiting. He then precedes to tell me she told him to come back in 20 minutes and he was a walk in. The women is clearly alone - no other staff. She then acknowledges both of us and said he is first! I said I had an appt at 2pm that I made last time and she said no you don't! Accused me of lying on top of it. She was the one that put it in the appt book! I said I really don't have time for this and this is my only time out of my house to do this (yes this is my situation)! She then is being super nasty and I say I am all set -thank you. She then precedes to come back at 4 (I have other errands not just this appt).I said no it's ok - I am all set. As I am walking out of the door she goes will you come back and I turn around and say nope never. I am absolutely disgusted at what I witnessed with her on the phone while the customer was being massaged and then accused of lying. That is just so nasty to me especially since people like me is how your business continues (appointments) since walk-ins aren't as lucrative during the pandemic.
