Unfortunately I have no idea of Marcy's quality of work because I was not able to fulfill my…read moreappointment. My appointment was scheduled for today, however my children started feeling sick last night and I woke up with fever and feeling horrible. Having a chronic illness I did need to be seen in the emergency department. Myself as well as my children tested positive for covid. When I was discharged from the hospital, I emailed Marcy to apologize and explained the situation. Even though, honestly, a cosmetic appointment shouldn't have had to cause me anxiety while I was sick. I did offer to pay a cancellation fee. However I was not expecting to pay 50% of the service that I did not receive. I think that is asking a bit much for someone to pay $100 for doing no work because they had an emergency they have no control over. I understand business is business but why choose to go to a business that doesn't put customer service as their top priority. Again, for someone to rudely respond and then think they are being generous for ONLY charging $100 is not someone I would trust in a business transaction. There are just too many other options in the valley to settle for poor customer service. My advice, don't bother with this place and FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

I went in to get my long hair trimmed and layered. Everything was great and she asked if I wanted…read moreto get my face framed. I said sure and she proceeded to literally chop the hair off around my face. Even the hair dresser got this look of horror and held up the enormous chunk she took off. I had her stop and had to leave (after I paid, which in hindsight I probably shouldn't have). I was so upset. I had been growing out my hair for years. I had to go elsewhere to get the disaster fixed and ended up losing over 8 inches of growth all around and weird chunky layers. My hair won't recover for at least a year- probably more. I'm sure other people have had better luck at Eunice's, but I will most likely be going elsewhere.
