Ultimately, I'm sure they do a great job at lashes, but it's tough when you can't get ahold of someone when you already paid for a service. No appointment necessary in this situation. I arrived and was soon instructed to take a seat as she confirmed the service I was there to have. The method, threading, was much quicker than plucking, and less pain. After the basic task I was asked if I wanted to tint and I was quick to agree. A little color would add noticeable improvement. After finding McKayla on Yelp I decided to message her to see if she could get me in for a last lift and tint before my trip to Hawaii. She messaged me almost immediately, asked a few questions about my schedule then we got my appointment booked. Her studio is conveniently located in the Palette Collective Salon Suites in Chandler, right by JC Penney. McKayla sent me a reminder the day before my appointment and another one the morning of, letting me know where to find her. I showed up on time and when I arrived she asked me a few questions about my services and I explained to her what I was looking for. One of the big problems I had with other lift and tints was that my lashes are sort of long so they would hit my eyelids after they were lifted and she made sure that didn't happen with her. The studio was lovely, bigger than a lot of others and very comfortable. McKayla is a true professional, talking me through every step and she had me in and out in about an hour.
