She knows her kraft, loves her customers, and takes her time to listen, reiterate back to you what she hears you say, and is detailed in explaining to you her process, her recommendations, but most importantly she genuinely wants you to be happy with your outcome and meticulously executes your desired look, color, style, and shape. Not to mention she is an absolute sweetheart! I do not like the current big eyebrow trend, and as an old 90's kid, I prefer a slightly thinner, more contoured brow. This was no problem for Shanta, she absolutely SLAYED my desired look and shape! Very happy with the results. Shanta is a true brow Jedi.

My eyebrows were being micro-bladed but it just left like a feather was brushing against my skin the whole time. The room and equipments were very sanitary, too. Shanta always showed me that she was unwrapping new, sanitary equipment to use on my eyebrows. She also cared about symmetry and used a variety of techniques and apps to make sure everything is perfectly aligned. My natural eyebrows are very light and almost nonexistent. I basically never had the privilege of having eyebrows most of my life. So I am very excited to never have to draw on eyebrows again! Really amazing work. You won't be sorry choosing this place. You can tell how dedicated Shanta is in her work and her mission to make you feel beautiful!

Fortunately, my brows are microbladed so they already have a shape and can't technically be ruined. Pros: the ladies are nice and cleaned the areas I wanted really well. They also work quickly. The space is clean and the prices are reasonable. Location is right in downtown Chandler.

And to top it off, they are just lovely, kind, caring, ladies! I always get compliments on my lashes and people are amazed at how beautiful and natural they look. Rachael and Jenn use the best quality lashes and glue. I've NEVER EVER had a bad reaction or eye irritation due to the lashes. Before coming to Sasha Bella, I'd been going to the same person for years. I never realized how terrible quality the lashes I wore were, until Rachael did mine for the first time! Rachael really took her time to carefully remove all of the broken, cheap, heavy lashes I had on. The glue I had on was so bad it nearly tore all my natural lashes off when Rachael removed it! But even with all of that, she was able to make my new set of lashes look stunning! My eyes weren't red and irritated right after, like my previous experiences. And my new lashes felt so light, soft, and fluffy whereas my previous ones were so thick, heavy, and plastic looking. I knew I was in the right place after that! Rachael, Jenn, and Casey are true professionals in their craft and I'll keep coming here for years to come!

I tried to find cheaper prices for extensions and I did but the quality was always horrible and even had an allergic reaction to one. I am always amazed at her ability to tailor to what I want for my eyelashes as I always want them to look natural and she always delivered. More importantly, the lashes lasted my week-long destination wedding of pool and beach time. She is a MUST for eyelash extensions
