I know there is a language barrier, in terms of communication, but he should work on his communication skills. Did I drive 40ish minutes to Denton to get my eyebrows done today? Yes I did. Would I do it again?…read moreAbsolutely!!! I came here based on a recommendation from my friend, Judy A. I was so nervous because my brows grow so crazily and like all women I'm particular about how they look. I came in with a laundry list of what I didn't want and very little of what I wanted, and if you know me I'm very blunt about my likes and dislikes. Natetisha was so patient and helpful in trying to understand what I wanted my brows to look like and she nailed it! She was very thorough in answering all my questions and explaining what she was doing every step of the way. In addition to her professionalism and skill with creating my Ombre'd brows, she was so personable and fun to talk to. It felt like I was chatting with one of my girls. In the blink of an eye 3 hours of brow-shading and talking had passed then she held up a mirror and I let out a very loud "OH MY GOSH I LOVE THEM!" Not saying I doubted her but I was prepared for the worst and was instantly filled with joy at how pretty they looked (I promise I'll share a picture but I look busted and have sunscreen on my face that makes me look ashy). Coming here was the highlight of my day Natetisha truly has a gift for making you look and feel beautiful and you can tell she loves what she does and this is her passion! I have my 1 month touch up booked and can't wait to come back!

I got a lash lift from Tori on 3/2/19…read more It was my first time getting a lash lift, so I didn't know what to expect. The process was quick, but when she was done working on my lashes, I saw only the slightest of changes. She had assured me that they would be curlier the next day, so I went on my way. The next day, after all the proper aftercare (no steam, water, makeup, rubbing, etc. for 24 hours) my lashes seemed even flatter than before. When I looked closer into the mirror, the lashes on my right eye were intensely curled not at the base, but past the halfway mark of each lash, closer to the ends. This resulted in some seriously crimped lashes. Other lashes closer to the inside of my eye were going in the completely wrong direction, and no amount of brushing with a clean spoolie could help. My left lashes were not completely lifted. My natural lashes are thin and straight, so looking head-on at my eyes you really wouldn't be able to tell that they're there. The procedure really didn't help that. Some lashes in the center had the slightest lift and others had literally none at all, so my left eye was a mix of 0 and 1 degree elevated lashes. It looks horrendous. I called the day after the procedure to ask about any remedies, and the lady on the phone was super pleasant and told me she'd make a note to have her boss call me back. Over two weeks later, and no follow-up. It's a nice facility, but I'm really disappointed with my results. I spent $100 (including the tip) for something my eyelash curler could have done better. I will definitely not be coming back.

My eyelashes are so much more presentable, with a nice natural curve that gives my eyes just a bit of pop. Everyone was professional, and Nicole had a fellow colleague helping along the whole time. I greatly appreciate her taking the time to get a second opinion, how comforting! Highly highly recommend!!

When I got my eyelashes done, I told her it was my first time getting it done and she explained none of the process to me. I just expect better when people are going in for a service that is kind of a luxury.

i have to start by saying i had a very pleasant experience overall, and steph was kind and…read morereassuring. she was able to work well with my eye twitching from nervousness and light exposure, which i imagine can't be easy. but my time there is not why my review is so low, it's because how short-lived my lashes lasted. i've never had my lashes done before, so i did some research on my own about what to expect, so i was somewhat prepared on the longevity of my lashes and that they wouldn't last as long as someone who regularly gets their eyelashes extended... but i was really disappointed with how long they ACTUALLY lasted, which was maybe 5 days. i had them from april 30th (when i got them done), to may 5th. by then i had maybe 3 extensions left on each eye and i ended up just removing the rest on my own because there were basically none.. i don't understand what i did wrong to cause my lashes to come out so prematurely as i still have all my natural lashes. i slept on a silk pillow, changed my sleeping position to my back, wore no makeup, brushed them once in the morning and once at night, and used no oil products. by the end of day 5 i looked so silly with like 3 extensions on each eye that i just had to remove them myself. the experience itself was pleasant and i enjoyed them up until day 3, but overall i'm just extremely disappointed that i spent over $150 for something that didn't even last a week, whereas i paid less than $80 for my nails and they last 1-2 months. i can't say that i will be trying extensions again anytime soon... :*(
