I remember the website policies changing shortly after to have a 48 hour policy . I noticed bc I kept referring to the policies to understand her keeping my $200 deposit since I didn't give 72 hour notice so I for sure noticed the change. which is good for any future person choosing her service I suppose. it has been a long time so I can't remember all the details but I know it got even worse from what I had put in my original review. for her to come back and comment now , more than a year later to say I was "incorrect anyways " is annoying. if this went legal for whatever reason I for sure would be able to dig up the texts to prove my accusations. at the end of the day, even requiring a $200 deposit is super stiff for these types of services. It's even not worth as 1 star. She did not accept her wrongly skills applied on my eyebrows, and NOT responsible for "terrible art" she was done. My eyebrows look like pencil drawing from 5 years old kid (new technician in the industry might inbe better in skills than her skills) very thick and extremely black dark even 3-5 months it was done. 100% BAD feedbacks from my family and friends. What can I say? I had a great experience so allow me to share it with you. I did my research and even though it was not the lowest price, this is my face we are talking about so quality over price is the main concern. This is all she does so for me that was a big plus (I mean you really don't want a hamburger from a sushi bar right?) After securing my appointment, Heather sent my all types of information regarding what to expect during and after my visit. When I finally went to my appointment, I was nervous about how it would feel but she put my mind at ease very quickly. First off, she was on time and very professionial. She took time to understand what I wanted and even complimented me because I had taken the time to get my brows waxed prior to the appointment. :-) She explained the process thoroughly, made me comfortable and continued to explain what she was doing as she completed the process. DO NOT TRUST HER! Heather did a horrible job on my brows. She DOES NOT show you what she's going to do on your face! And she DOES NOT care what you asked her to do! I showed her a picture and said I want this shape and simply told her I hate arched brows. Not only my brows don't look like the ones I showed her, but they are arched and too big for my face! Also she drew a line accidentally where it's so obvious which she wasn't able to remove. She decreased the distance between my brows also which I hate. I asked her if she can remove what she did on my face and waited days to get a response from her! 18 days later after I posted my review on google, Heather sent me the LEGAL WAIVER she asks you to sign before doing your brows. Everything is non-refundable, even requiring payment to set up the appointment before getting this document. If you're considering using her services, read the other bad reviews. If you're one of the many like me unhappy with the results, know that the clause preventing negative reviews is unenforceable by law. Clearly she's used this as a threat against negative reviews so take this into consideration when picking somebody to do such invasive work. She responded to my review on google saying that she fixed my previous artist's mistakes and she is sure I have received 5 star brows! A true "5 star" brow experience doesn't yield 1 star reviews and leave the client feeling unattractive, unappreciated, and disrespected. Heather, I did not come to you to fix the other artist's mistakes. I had microbladed my brows 5 years ago the last time and they were almost gone, implemented to my style at the time and it was you who criticized it! Why don't you just do what your customer is paying you for? As bad as the job you did is, your customer service is worse. The only response that I've gotten from you came after my negative review, offering no solutions to resolve my concerns and complaining about me personally. You lack even the basic professionalism to answer basic questions let alone stand by your work. Do the right thing by recognizing your mistake, which could have avoided this bad review. read more

LIVING A NIGHTMARE WITH MY BROWS! 14 months since Heather did my brows. They are still too black! It's important to mention I have brown freckles. My brows are too bold, too thick, too flat in color and too close together. The first time Heather did my brows I love them. She measured and we discussed them. The second time there wasn't as much communication because I ended up with brows I do not like. And when she tried to fix them they got even worse. She did not measure the second time. She says she likes to let the artistry come to her. Well if it's on my face I would like to have an input in her artistry. The day of my appointment I noticed another client sitting on the bench unhappy. That should have been my clue not to go back. I am presently in the removal process with another tattoo artist. Heather did not return my call or text. Of course she'll have an excuse for this review. I have no reason to lie. She removed my review from her page. When it looks too good to be true it usually is. Is it skeptical to think anyone has a 5 point rating when drawing on women's faces? Or does something sound not quite right? UPDATE. I am now 4 sessions into the removal process which is very painful and very expensive. Heather went so deep into my brows the color may not ever come out. She said it was semi permanent but mine has proven to be permanent. This all could've been avoided. She commands a certain amount of money she should've given the same amount of care. Wonderful results. Superb! A quick "start to finish" review including touch up results: So my old brows were 40 years old and it showed. I booked the appointment after finding Flash Brows on Facebook while researching microblading, and loved her work. I booked an appointment, then almost chickened out because this is my face. SO GLAD I DIDN'T. The appointment was kept after some correspondence with Heather to address my concerns. She was ready for me when I arrived. We had a chat about expectations and maybe other things, but I was so nervous I just made a lot of jokes. The spa room was clean and comfortable. I got settled into my chair, where she numbed me, then she went to work. It kind of sounds like pumpkin carving inside your head. The blading was fast and Heather did everything she could to make me comfortable. It did hurt a little (note: I am a whiny baby. Let's be honest.) My first reaction to the results were mixed: They were beautiful! But, I didn't recognize my face, and the new look seemed dramatic. Also, one of my eyebrows seemed "too high" because the way my forehead muscles reacted (temporarily!) to the procedure - so hold on to your dreams, girls (and guys!). It only gets better from here. Of course, as with all microblading, the results got WAY dark (wear a baseball cap), then flaked (no public speaking these few days), then disappeared (wha??)....then about 10 days later...emerged like "brow phoenixes" rising from the ashes! I WAS TRANSFORMED. So fast forward 6 weeks... now that I was fabulous, I saw no reason to book a touch up. They were that good. But eventually I made it back in (because it was best. Besides, I was too nervous and forgot to tip after the first visit.) ...and SO GLAD I DID because the procedure was a snap, the healing was way faster, and now my brows are basically unicorns. Proof: I was getting my hair done at a fancy salon in Dallas, and they (including their microblader, who charges a million dollars for brows) went crazy over how great my brows look. #worthit. read more

Do not trust Heather with your eyebrows. Please do your research. The only reason she received 5 stars because she begged her clients to give her 5 stars even when she does not deserve the 5 stars rating. My eyebrows are UGLY because Heather does not know what she is doing. The tails of the eyebrow are thicker than the beginning. All she could say was " well, at least it will be faded away in a year". Really? It has been 9 months and the inks are still there, no sign of fading. Don't trust her to do your eyebrows. You will regret it. read more
