I am a very busy investment professional and took an hour medical leave for this appointment and it was for a very important holiday coming up. The owner tried to apply some lashes, but RANDOMLY GIVES UP IN THE MIDDLE OF SERVICE. I explained that I do not have an allergy, I'm willing to work with her, and the urgency of the situation EXTREMELY NICELY (even apologizing if I did anything that I could improve upon) , but she gives me the worst attitude ever and shouts at me for wanting to understand why she has to stop (very likely due to the fact that I purchased the service through Groupon)! I'm happy to pay full cost for future services if I liked her service, but YUCK that JUDGMENTAL ATTITUDE is not a good way to approach business. Hailuna did my lashes. My natural lashes are very short and curly. I wanted to try her because I'm tired of the places where I can't get the same technician. Inspite of my lashes, she still was able to give me a dramatic look that I could work with. Haliuna is very quick with the lashes. I arrive at 12:30 and she was down by 1:10. I have been with Haliuna for over a year now and have been a lash extension enthusiast for over 2 years now. Her lash work has been consistently flawless. These lashes last on average 3 weeks for me, which is a long time in the lash extension world. She does high quality professional work and you can tell because only pros can actually apply lashes to the inner corner of your eye. Her prices are cheaper ($60-$100 depending on your refill) compared to other places (where I have paid over a hundred dollars for just basic refills, not including tip ) and her lash work quality is better than others. We stan Haliuna!!!! My review from 2017-I moved this review from Haliuna's previous studio. I'm such a lash fanatic and I have gotten so many friends to get lashes done. As a lash veteran, I've never been so impressed by a lash place here!!!!! I've had experience with multiple stylists since I've been doing my lashes for a while now non-stop. I usually do D curl lashes bc i love an extra curl to my lashes but this is the first studio where I conceded and actually love the CC curl she placed on me (they don't offer D curl btw but you won't need it anyway). Haliuna does amazing work and caters the style to best fit your eye. All their lashes are cashmere- the amount you pay is just based on how many lashes you want to put on, starting at 80 lashes per eye. Speaking of prices, they are the first REASONABLY PRICED LASH PLACE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! I'm so hyped on their prices because usually at most studios, for just the natural lashes, it's around $100+ for a good stylist. Even with tip, I only paid around $90 for my first set here. They also have a new client special which is amazingly priced as well! They are now my go-to stylists and I'm going to stick with them! Haliuna is an absolute sweetheart. I was running a bit late and she was super patient and understanding. I purchased a Groupon and had never had my lashes done before so I didn't know what to expect. I got about 100pcs and they took about an hour. At first I was a bit disappointed because I was expecting them to be a bit more full but a day later I'm quite happy and pleased.
