In the stone massage, they literally only massage you with the rocks. No hands. So it wasn't really as relaxing as we had hoped. However I do not think this is a reflection on the quality of their business at all. Just a personal preference. After going back and forth, and showing them the proof of payment, they said we were good to go and I moved on. This process literally happened probably three times. However, my credit report was just hit with a bill from Legacy that is two years old. Writing this is painful because I genuinely liked Dr Heaton. He's great and I would love to continue going there but there are some serious problems inside of the billing department that are now directly hitting my credit. To the Legacy Derm Dept - I just paid Bonneville Collections. You won. You got paid (again.) I'm genuinely disappointed and shocked that you would do this despite my being such a long term patient.
