Just a warning ladies, I would NOT recommend this lash salon! I have been getting lash extensions regularly for the last 4 years and this has been by far the worst experience ever. I didn't have a scheduled appointment with my normal lash girl for another week, so I decided to give this place a try since I had some time on my way home. I walked up to the studio and the door was locked with a sign that said "call for appointments" which I thought was weird. I explained my situation and asked if they were able to do a fill for me, and they were actually able to take me right away. The girl that did my lashes did not even introduce herself so I don't actually know who I had. She takes one look at my current lashes and says it will be $70 for a fill, which I think is actually quite pricey. I asked how long it would take and they estimated 45 minutes. I proceed with the appointment and she tells me to lay down on the chair and starts taping my eyes up (very roughly I must add) and then shines a very bright light on my face which ended up getting very hot that I actually had to ask her to take a break for a bit. The entire process was quite painful, as she was very rough and it felt like she was pulling all of my lashes off. After she was finished (nearly 2 hours later), I looked in the mirror only to see LONG scary looking eyelashes going in all directions with chunks of glue stuck to the lashes. She hands me a Q-tip and tells me to clean my lashes (which everyone who has had lashes knows that Q-tips are probably the worst things to clean your lashes with). After I asked her to fix the crooked lashes and remove the clumps of glue, she roughly sits me back on the chair and shines the hot lamp on my face for another 15 minutes while she continues to pull on my lashes. I finally had to tell her to stop because I couldn't bear anymore pain. Finally, now 2 hours later, I get to the counter and explain to her and the other lady doing someone else's lashes that I was not satisfied with the service and that the process was very painful to me. They started to blame me for having left over lashes from my normal lash artist (which I explained to them that I have never had that much pain on a fill before), so she tells my lash girl to give me a 15% discount. I am standing at the counter for another 5-10 minutes while she tries to figure out the price to charge me, and the owner lady comes up and gets the calculator out and tells me "$35.00" I obviously know that this is way more than the "15%" that she told the girl to give me, but I put $40 when she says, "oh, never mind...it's actually $59.50." By now, it has been well over 2 hours and I was upset to say the least and felt way overcharged for the service that I received. Finally, they claim to use "real mink lashes" but the ones they used on me sure feel hard and synthetic. So, long story short, if you want to get ripped off only to have scary spider looking lashes that take forever to apply, then this is what you can expect at this location. I will most definitely not be returning. read more
