I've run the gamut of settings - on the couch of someone's living room, tilting chair in hair salon, massage table in a treatment room, shared space with multiple recliners. But Maryanne's is the pinnacle of lash set-ups. Imagine...reclining theater seat, selfie station with pink flower wall and bench made to look like a swing, girly Christmas decor, and you have this space all to yourself. And Maryanne of course. Worn on my tour in Japan (attached photo in plane and outside after landing) only lasted 1 week :( Returned for 2nd service, experimenting with the wispy spider eye... she used CC curl and I totally didnt realize CC curl at 14mm doll eyes makes my round eyes crazy... I'm more of subtle, natural look. She spent an extra hour to help me, take down some on the middle and I really appreciate the service... I tried to love it but the kids at work asked what happened to my lashes and if I went to a costume party :( I didnt take a photo to share til after 1 week of most of it falling out. (Attached photo where I have a few left of the volume wisp spider eye , wearing black shirt with hair down.) Trying to schedule 3rd appt since April 5th when the gaps started showing..and April 12th how it looks in attached photo wearing black. Really looked forward to what MaryAnne had in mind for when we'd book next appt. I definitely will stick to cateye... but more natural because the volumes fall out of my eyes so easy in 1 week it's not worth paying $160 (before tip) if I only keep for 1-2 week. Unless refills are quick in 2 weeks for much less... we'll see. :)

Both owners would do nails. Now Kevin only does it part-time due to child care and his wife is reluctant to book him for appointments. I last went in March 2026 for a full set of nails and a full set of lashes for $250 plus tip. I was assigned random techs who were available. NEVER AGAIN! My nails were so messed up and lasted only a week as the nail tips just kept popping off. The acrylic was as thick as a quarter and not shaped & filed nicely. I'm speaking from experience! I have had nail & lash treatments for decades and I have never felt so insulted. Too bad. They used to be great. I used to trust this salon. And looking around, just a few of the original techs remain. It's sad when we spend good money, and get bad results!

I sat in the chair and she immediately started without really checking in. Mind you, my eyebrows are naturally very thick. As she was working, I kept thinking something felt off because it was way more sensitive than usual. When she finally showed me the result, my eyebrows were extremely thin. I was completely shocked and disappointed because I've never had my brows this thin, and I'm about to go on a trip. When I got up to pay, she asked if it was cash or card, and while I was in the middle of paying, she walked out. The vibes were off from the very beginning. I asked her how long she'd been doing brows and she said only about a year. I won't be coming back. I feel insecure and sad that I now have to grow my brows out for another six months. I really hope she sees this review. I forgot to get her name.

I was so uncomfortable and the price was ridiculous for the work did. Mandeejo has completely changed my perspective on it, she keeps me updated on lash care and lash health for my regular lashes as well. She always has amazing music playing, her lash room is ice cold (which I absolutely love), she is honestly the sweetest soul ever you can really tell she actually cares about your lashes and this isn't just a job for her. It's very hard to find good quality work now but she is all that for me ! Her bed is soft, She all kinds of goodies i can hype her up all day, but you need to see it to believe it ;)
