The owner, Brigitta also is super knowledgeable and throughout my entire facial experience, I was able to consult her and ask for advice on skincare and she answered all my questions. She also told me that because I have a solid skincare routine, I don't really need more facials than once a quarter. It's been a couple of years since we saw each other and I'm glad to finally be able come see her again!    I usually just get my armpit waxed and I love how thorough she is with her work. I'm always satisfied with how clean and fast she is. I also got my brows microbladed by her during her training. She took the time to help me design the shape/color of brows that best suited my facial structure and suited my own preferences of straight, youthful "Asian" brows. The beginning of the process was done without numbing cream, but the shading part did. The pain was bearable and had an odd sound to it whenever the blade runs across my skin. Overall, I am so happy with the results! My brows look so natural and have healed nicely into a cool dark brown!    Her facility is clean, and it looks well kept. I love that I was able to wait outside in the yard while she finishes her client. She also opened all doors to air out the facility before she took me in. These days, I'm so appreciative for beauty businesse like hers that take extra care to prevent covid.

However, there are several statements in your reply that are not accurate. I did not approve the final gel color. After I was told the salon did not have the exact shade from my reference photo, an employee selected what he said was the closest match. As soon as the polish was applied, I immediately said it looked purple/pink, not the bright pink I had requested. I was repeatedly told that it was "pink," despite my concerns that it did not resemble the color I came in for. I made a phone call because I genuinely wanted a second opinion to make sure I wasn't imagining the difference. After confirming that the color was not what I wanted, I decided I no longer wanted the polish. That decision was based on the final result, not because I suddenly "changed my mind." It's also unfair to suggest that your shop closing during my appointment was somehow my responsibility. Before coming in, I called and let the salon know I was on my way. Whoever answered the phone told me that was perfectly fine. If there wasn't enough time to complete the service without it extending past closing, the appointment should not have been accepted. I should not be made to feel rushed or pressured because the service continued after business hours.
