Duh me... sorry Olivia! I ended up walking through the living space to find the best nook.. super cute home. Unfortunately, I didn't get to watch her video on how to get to her, but basically it's through the side of her building. Anyway.. found my lash lady! She came through, communicated well. Olivia did a wonderful job on my lashes! I had never tried extensions before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but she explained the process thoroughly and answered any questions I had. The extensions take some time to do, around 2 hours. I had never had lash extensions before. I am pretty low maintenance...to an extent, so when I came to Olivia, I wanted to look as natural as possible. I have long lashes, but they are blonde, so they don't show up at all without mascara. All I wanted was to "naturally" bring out my blonde lashes so they POP. I was a little nervous. She was able to make the entire experience very easy for me.
