I went through a devastating medical emergency and was in a coma for three weeks. They were aware of what happened to me. After everything I have been through physically and emotionally, it took a lot for me to finally reach out--and then to be completely ignored for days was incredibly hurtful. I'm not expecting special treatment. I am expecting basic courtesy, empathy, and compassion from a business I supported for seven years. I genuinely wonder whether there has been a change in ownership or management, because this does not feel like the same place I once trusted and recommended. When a longtime client reaches out after surviving something so traumatic, a simple response should not be too much to ask. Sadly, I am extremely disappointed in how I have been treated.
